Welcome to Tropo Casa on Lake side . The home is one street away from cedar creek lake with lake views from backyard and bedrooms. The backyard is updated with hot tub,fire pit , seating area, swings and lighting. The home is green themed with all design furniture, fully loaded kitchen with all basic supplies and all appliances , pots and pans, office space, dinning area, poker table, king and queen beds, four 4K smart TVs, high speed 1 gig internet, Electric Vehicle charger .

Three bedrooms :
1. Bedroom 1 : King bed.
2. Bedroom 2 : 2 Queen beds.
3. Bedroom 3 : 1 Queen and 1 full bed.
4. Living room with 2 sofa beds and foldable bed

The Sleeping arrangements in the home is for 13 people but there can be additional 7 guests as visitors for total count of 20 people.

Living room : 1. Dinning table with 8 chairs
2 Sofa's that can be converted to bed.

4 4k Smart TV's - 3 in in bedrooms and 1 in living room. Netflix, Hulu, prime ready.

Fully loaded kitchen with all basic supplies ,spoons, forks, pots, pans, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.

Utility room with Washers and Dryers.

Green Room with Sofa seating and Tea coffee table.

220V to Charge your electric vehicle. Bring your own cord.

Backyard : Luxury Hot tub with String lighting , Firepits, Swings and seating area.

Access to Community Boat Slip.

High Speed 1 GB internet.

Close to all restaurants and Walmart along with lake.

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

There are 3 Video camera's and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. The 3 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and the 3rd camera view point is monitor backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door. Also there is minut noise threshold monitoring device in the backyard .
