The space was small, but it was comfortable enough for 4 people. Short walk to the beach and within a 5 - 10 minute drive to pretty much everything. Only complaint I have is that the kitchen garbage can was super small.

Nice little spot for a family

The space was small, but it was comfortable for 5 of us. Great location just a short walk to the beach (and coffee at the end of the pier!)

Fun time at the beach

we had a wonderful time in the condo. It was spacious for me, my daughter and my granddaughter. The furnishings were comfortable and the space was not crowded. There were games provided for our entertainment. The kitchen was furnished adequately for us to make simple meals. We really enjoyed going to the pool every day. The beach is just right across the road and was easy to access. There were restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance. Moody gardens and the pleasure pier were easy to get to. I would definitely come back here for a future stay.

Granddaughters girls trip

Very noisy upstairs neighbors which we had to complain about. Also very small kitchen trash can with very large trash bag. So had to pull the bag out of the can and have the big bag sitting all weekend by itself. But wonderful bed in the bedroom!!

Perfect Location, but issues

This property was in the perfect location, but the check-in process was a nightmare. I received emails in advance saying that our access code would be in our personal portal, but when I'd check the code was blank. Since I was able to access the site I assumed that the code would be entered on the day of our arrival. Our flight was late so we arrived around 8:30pm, and there was still no access code in my personal portal. The office closes at 8pm (Their hours are not listed on the paperwork), so I called the "Emergency 24 hr" phone number 4 times. No one answered the phone and the recorded message hung up on me all 4 times without allowing a message. Thank goodness the security guard at the complex was so kind to stay with us, or we would have been standing in the dark parking lot alone. I called VRBO and they were able to contact the Property Management Company to get a code for the door, but the doorknob still had some issues to get it to open. (seems like this problem could be corrected). Once inside, the decor was really cute and tasteful, but there is no way 6 people could be comfortable here. My kids loved the bunk beds, but they are about 3 feet from the paper-thin walls of the bedroom, so there is no privacy. The bed has squeaky springs, and I could hear full conversations from people in the units around us. I think we would have had more privacy in a hotel suite.We were here 4 nights and on the 3rd morning I turned on the light to find a cockroach on the bedstand.
