The Space: Explore the ease and comfort of our centrally situated home nestled in the heart of Park Circle, providing convenient access to Riverfront Park, Firefly Distillery, and cherished local hotspots such as EVO Pizzeria/Bakery, The Mixson Club, and Holy City Brewing.

Recently Transformed Jewel: Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom sanctuary accommodates groups of 6-8 guests and has undergone thoughtful renovations, featuring an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Inviting Living Space: Enter a sunlit living/dining area adorned with a cozy L-shaped couch, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a generous wooden dining table accommodating up to 8 guests with ease.

Well-Appointed Kitchen: Adjacent to the living space, the kitchen serves as a culinary haven with stone countertops, ample cabinet space, and new appliances including an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker.

Master Bedroom Retreat: The master bedroom, positioned off the dining area, welcomes you with a sumptuous king-sized bed, bedside tables, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and private access to the backyard deck. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower for added indulgence.

Inviting Guest Accommodations: Situated to the left of the living room, the first two guest bedrooms boast queen-sized beds, bedside tables, and ceiling fans for optimal comfort.

Accessible Outdoor Oasis: Access the backyard through the laundry room, complete with a new washer/dryer. The fenced outdoor space features a wooden deck with seating for 6, lawn chairs with an umbrella, a fire pit encircled by 4 chairs, and cornhole for endless outdoor enjoyment.

Convenient Parking: Unloading is hassle-free with our private driveway, offering ample space for your entire group.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Exactly what we needed
Property was clean and location was good. Great back yard. Walk to restaurants. Food Lion only few minutes away. And there is a dog park down the street which was a great find.

Great house for price!
This house was a great little house for our family. The location is not the best area, but we knew that going in. The house was VERY clean and communication was excellent. The kitchen could use some improvements - we had to purchase some basic needs like a can opener and cheese grater. There are limited stovetop pans and oven pans. For our family, we like to cook dinner every night so this was the only challenge we had. Otherwise, great, clean house.

We've rented this property before.the property manager should pay attention to the following things, needs nonstick pans, grill utensils, grill propane was empty. Toilet paper holder in master bath attached to wall incorrectly. Door in kitchen going outside needs some closing properly love.just give this place a little more effort.

This was a great house to gather with our children for Christmas. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies to make a delicious dinner. We loved the backyard and the fire pit. We would love to stay again

Great property
The property is exactly as described in the listing and even has a doggie door. Closet and storage space is ample throughout the home, which is great if you are staying more than one or two days. The bedding is very comfortable. I would choose this property again for a rental.
