Such a great place to stay! The house was very clean and located just a few mins away from the business of Galveston’s sea wall. It’s on the water and the dock has a fishing light where the fish were biting most nights. Kids had a blast swimming in the pool, or the little cove of West Bay. We even rented a jet ski for a full day and could conveniently come and go with easily accessible boat dock located not too far inside the no wake zone. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and completely separate from the rest of the home which was perfect for our traveling family of wife, kids, dog, and also my mom. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. The local West End Pizza place and Waterman’s Restaurant were both excellent places to eat and less than 5 mins or less from the property.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

I have only good things to say about this house and its amenities. Everything was so perfect for a relaxing family time. We're glad we choose this house. Comfortable beds, linings, make you feel at home. It's totally equipped. The bay view, the pool and the outdoors areas are the best plus We definitely would come back.

The perfect getaway

We had the best trip to Jamaica Beach. The house was perfect for our family of three. The view was beautiful and the house was very clean. The pool was clean and the fishing was great.

Look good and fun thanks. The green light was not working the plug they had some kind of other plug thing it plugs into it was broken but disk connected that and plug it straight to the outlet and it work. Great location. Thanks beautiful and friendly people

Great location for fishing right off the bay. Property was set up perfect for fishing as well, with the outdoor kitchen, fridge/freezer, downstairs bathroom, two bar areas and tv for when the fishing is slow

Girls trip

What a great house and location!!! I was supposed to come here with my daughters for our annual mother daughter trip but Hurricane Beryl put a stop to that. We were able to reschedule and came down with my best girl friends and had an absolute blast! The pool is great! The top deck is so relaxing!!

Easy Jamaica Beach Stay

We stay at Jamaica Beach every summer and we really enjoyed this rental. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, the kayaks and nice patio furniture were appreciated. Bring bug spray for the mosquitoes outside. We will be back!

Exactly what we needed.

This home was a perfect size, 3 bedroom with a beautiful canal view!! Everything was exactly as stated on the post. There was a bike, three kayaks, pool, lots of outdoor chairs and side tables. Bring containers and ziplock bags for leftovers if you plan to cook meals. We brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as we needed them for a week’s stay in a vacation rental house. We were thrilled to stay here! It was about 10 miles to the downtown Galveston area but we loved the quiet neighborhood of Jamaica Beach. Thank you Ryson Vacation Rentals and VRBO!

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved this house and would rent it again. My son, 14, could have stayed on the dock and fished forever. He got 3 types of fish from the dock and crab. The house had everything we could have possibly needed.

Beach Stay

Wonderful property, would definitely rent again weather was perfect. Fishing isn’t great at the property so if that’s your purpose for renting with the mind set to catch some fish at the house it’s not the place.

The best place we ever stayed & the FISHING!!!

I can’t fit in all the good things about this place! The pool, the fishing was unbelievable off the peir, the sunsets, the beautiful yard and was so nice for our dogs because each area was divided and had gates which would also be good if you had children. We will be back to this beach house for sure, we go to Galveston every year as a family and this was the best place we’ve ever stayed 😊

Definitely booking for next year!!

This was the perfect house for my family. Plenty of room for us. The pool & fence were perfect for my 2 yr. Old grandson. Had everything you needed except spices, which wasn’t a big deal; I just brought from home. I had talked about going to Port A or something next year and all of my grown kids told me no, this was the perfect house for us. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that my son got talked to by the PD for launching his boat in the neighborhood boat launch. Said he needed a permit from city hall. I wish we had been aware of that beforehand, but will know next time. All in all, perfect family home and beyond great for young kids with all of the fencing 😌

What a gem of a property! We absolutely enjoyed this property thoroughly! It was perfect for us, 2 adults, 4 kids 10-16yoa. Property was clean, well kept, with plenty to do! We will definitely be back!
