Very loud construction going on directly underneath our unit starting around 8;30 to about 4:30, talking hammering, grinding, jackhammering!!! Please advise others renting these lower units about it BEFORE leasing. We could have leased something higher up or farther back. Very disappointing but we don't blame the unit owner

Place was clean and stocked fairly well. Great location. Lacks any kind of ovenware, zero supplies of any sort pods/coffee, salt and pepper, etc.). Response time was slow and no check in or checkout instructions. Complete lack of accommodating an extra hour for checkout (only asked to 11am) and pulled a money grab by telling us it would cost an extra 50. The unit wasn't reserved for that day and no reason to not give us an extra hour except greed. I won't be renting a Ryson property again. Giving 4 instead of 3 stars because the unit itself was nice and well situated. P.S. The primary bedroom's bed is VERY high. Requires step stool for more petite people.

The location of this property & the ocean view are amazing! The easy access to the beach and the pool make this quaint condo perfect for couples or small groups. We will definitely be back!

The property is nice location on the beach.I called and left issues and also wrote down everything in the guestbook. Typically when people go on vacation, they don't want to have to bring alot of essentials from home. I believe for the price that they could have included extra toilet paper and garbage bags. The toilet in spare bath kept running wouldn't stop, the door in that master shower was off track, had few bugs, pans were worn out, unusable. would I go again, probably not.

Had to really convenience our wives to stay. They ran into a cockroach first thing. After that all was well. Pool was nice. The property needs some TLC done to it lots of rust but might be becasue of the saltwater.

Great spot right on beach….had a problem unlocking door but one call and we learned how to get in. Very friendly responsive customer service. Condo had comfortable furniture in all rooms. Enjoyable stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay!! My family had a wonderful time and would love to stay again. The location was wonderful and very peaceful. It's nice that it seems like you have your own little private beach because the access is so close and locked! The place was decorated beautifully.

Overall we had a good stay! The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The door lock gave us several issues, luckily my husband figured it out but it was a headache. The balcony lightbulb was burnt out and maintenance said they would have to replace the whole fixture at another time. Elevators were not working some of the time, but that’s not the owners fault. Luckily we were on the 1st floor. The view from this room was wonderful and it was very close to beach and pool. We would stay here again!

Great condo right on the beach!

Loved the Parrot Paradise condo! The location and beach access couldn't be beat! We had a couple of issues with the doors locking/sticking, but no surprise with an older building and all of the elements at the beach. The condo was the perfect size and had all of the basics we needed!! We'd love to stay again!!

Unit and property we're great m exactly as advertised and pictured. Parrot Paradise looks out into the ocean, makes for great views for morning coffee! We would definitely go back to this unit.

Will Book Again!

What a beautiful property. As pictured when booking. I thought it might be a bit tight being a two bed two bath, with-bunk bed, but it was perfect. Very comfortable. Sooo clean. It was like checking in at a 5 star hotel. And the decor & furniture enhanced the environment. Location is quiet & away from the busy areas but only a quick drive to the Strand & historic area. Private beach for the property. Balcony has 4 chairs & ocean view. Definitely better than any of the hotels in the area.Be patient with combination lock. Just input code slowly. Wait for screen to fully light up & your in.A great rental property. I’ve already shared with my family for when they visit Galveston.
