3-bedroom home where Albuquerque, Corrales and Rio Rancho meet

Newly remodeled 3-bed, 2 bath home. The home includes a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and private backyard with seating and BBQ grill. You can also enjoy the cozy living area with a gas fireplace for chilly winter nights. The views from the neighborhood are absolutely spectacular and unmatched. This property is on the border of Corrales and Albuquerque with easy access to Intel, Santa Ana Star Center, UNM Sandoval Medical Center and so much more.

If you're looking for something bigger, I also have another property listed that is located about 15 minutes south, so please don't hesitate to send me a message if this one doesn't meet your needs or isn't available for your dates.

Also please note **At this time, the garage is unavailable for use, however we protect the security of our guests and their vehicles. For this reason, the following security cameras are in use outside the property in case of any incident:

1) Outdoor camera front driveway (covering north side of yard and right parking space)
2) Outdoor camera front driveway (covering south side of yard and left parking space)
3) Outdoor camera front porch (covering front porch facing door)
4) Doorbell camera front porch (covering front door entrance to show who enters)

Rated the winery a 5 to progress through questions…but, Wineries didn’t happen lol! Mainly because we were looking for great bike rides, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you to Caitlyn for her great input and detail getting us to them! Great experience all around.The house was immaculate! Hubby is quite tall, would have appreciated a King bed… our bad for not stipulating!

We had a great stay. My kids were excited to see there were some toys to play with. The location was perfect, close to where we needed to be for family but also really close to stores and restaurants. The home was clean and had many of those necessities you need. Caitlyn was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. The only minor thing for us was the air was loud when running but we were glad to be able to cool down when needed. We would stay here again if in the area and would recommend this home.

In Albuquerque for a long work trip

Girls Weekend

We had the BEST stay! It was a college friends reunion for the balloon festival and time in New Mexico. This property was amazing! Woke up every day to see the balloons rising over the mountains right in front of us. The home was clean, spacious, great location and perfect for us! Highly recommend!

My family had a great time here. The home was spacious, clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. We woke up our first morning to balloons overhead! It was located in a nice central location to our activities, too.

This home was perfect for a family of 7 of all ages, great neighborhood only down fall of this home was no access to garage, as this is the first home we’ve come across not being able to use garage everything else was perfect besides that. Thanks for a great stay.

Spacious and Quiet

The property was in very good condition. The layout for two couples was also very nice. We were all senior in age and none of us had anything negative to say. Neighborhood was also very quiet, and the people passing by were friendly. The kitchen was very well supplied with just about everything anyone would need to cook a meal. The washer and dryer were great to have, so when we went home most of our laundry was done. The communication with the host, could not have been better. The home is very clean, and a nice place to stay. Great Location centrally located. Restaurants in the area are also top notch.

Great House, not great beds

We loved the house and it is in a great location. The walls are super thin and the rooms are very echo-y. The only thing we really didn't like was that the beds were super uncomfortable and loud when you moved. Everyone in our party had the same comment about their beds and sleeping was difficult for everyone. The house is wonderful, but I highly recommend putting new beds in.

Wonderful little getaway

We had a fabulous extended weekend getaway for 3 couples. The home is clean and casually decorated. It worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was amazing and made the whole experience exceptional!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect stay to visit my family for a last minute family event. Communication was stellar and everything was perfectly clean and ready for us. Quite neighborhood which is a great plus. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

Our stay here was wonderful. We were in town visiting family and this property was very close to where they live. The property owners were helpful when we had an issue with the tv (user error). We would stay here again.

The house sits on a hill that is just across the Albuquerque city boundary into Rio Rancho. It also sits on the boundary of Rio Rancho and the little village of Corrales. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and still provides access to a variety of exciting things that the area has to offer.
