• Recently renovated and beautifully decorated unit located on 1st floor- Not a ground level (19 steps). Unit is about 500 square feet with open floor plan concept and nice vaulted ceiling in Living room/ kitchen area.
• In the bedroom, you will find queen size bed with comfortable I-comfort mattress & walk-in closet.
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and owner's Internet access
• Open concept kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.
• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.
• Screened, furnished patio a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels & 2 beach chairs.

The Avalon condominium complex in Clearwater, Florida is a gated community minutes away from Clearwater Beach and most famous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes away from both Tampa and St Petersburg International Airports.
Close to Florida's major attractions - Bush Gardens in Tampa; Disney world, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando. Surrounded by Tamp Bay's recreational highlights - award winning beaches, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, jet ski rentals, water sports, beach activities, nightlife by Pier 60 surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. Clearwater-SEASALT BREEZE

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Clearwater at the Avalon. The host was very nice to work with. Margaret communicated with us to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The unit is beautiful and had all the amentias that we needed. The location was perfect for us. I would recommend the unit to all!

Wonderful stay in Clearwater

This property is ideal for 1 or 2 guests. Centrally located inside gated community for easy access to the pool and exercise room. All appliances are fairly new and in excellent condition. Bathroom is good size with nice amenities (quality soaps, shampoos, etc.). We would certain stay again in this unit. Thanks Margaret.

Great place

We enjoyed the space. It was me and my 14 year old. He had his space in the living room and the bedroom was my space. We didn’t spend a lot time but did spend enough time to enjoy it. Everything you need in the kitchen, very clean. No issues and we’d return.

Clean quiet community

Nice people from all over. Lots of Canadians attending spring training games. Close to Dunedin but not close enough to the beach. Too much traffic to get there.

very nicely done

only a couple things, the bed was much to hard for our liking and the couch was uncomfortable. I sat on the patio chair most of the time.

Very nice place we will recommend it friends and family. One suggestion is there is only one hook in the bathroom. No where to hang pool towels and bathing suits.

Nice Condo

The condo was perfect for the two of us to stay. Very Clean, organized, and managed. The location of the condo to Clear water beach is under a 10 minute drive. Margaret did a fantastic job communicating with us, and made our stay very enjoyable. We will defiantly stay here again when visiting the area.

Great stay!

Great stay! We were in town for work and the space provided a great place to unwind. The pool area is nice. We just wish we had been able to use it more. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a blast for a week at the Sea Salt Breeze. It was the perfect spot for us to explore our surroundings. We are looking forward to our next Clearwater trip and we will definitely try to get this place.

Very nice condo! The pool was a highlight. The location has good access to grocery stores and restaurants. The only negative is the living room furniture was not very comfortable.

Great Experience, Great Property

Our first trip to Clearwater

This place is located in the perfect location if you’re looking to be close to things to do and don’t mind a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and overall feel of the Avalon. The renovation Margret have done makes the place much more cozy and comfortable. She also has pretty much everything you’ll need included with your stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

We were very happy and satisfied when we got to the condo later that expected and everything that I needed was available. i want to thank the host for being so organized and having such a well kept condo.
