This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It futures 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it's situated on the ground floor. Fully furnished and very well equipped it becomes the perfect getaway for a family vacation. The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a huge walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, 2 double beds, a walk-in closet, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower will ease the preparation time before going to the beach.

Very nice ground floor apartment, close to the pool. Owner quick to respond to our questions! Other guest were so friendly, at the pool! Would book again.

Beautiful condo

The place was exactly as shown, very homey and had everything we needed. The pool was nice to come back too after a day of being out and about. Not far from Clearwater Beach about 10 min drive. The hostess was very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early checkin, we highly recommend this condo if ever in Clearwater. Hopefully we can visit again soon.

Amazing Condo!

I cannot say anything negative about our stay! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The beds are extremely comfy and perfect for larger groups. The host always answered quickly with answers to our questions and had very clear instructions for checking in/out. I highly recommend this place for everyone! The pool is also amazing and location is perfect.

Wonderful place to stay!

Such a beautiful, modern, high quality apartment. It was equipped will anything we could’ve possibly needed and more. Her place is clean and well maintained. In addiction to all of these beautiful attributes, this owner always gets back to you immediately and is beyond helpful. Such a nice and safe place to stay in a gated community. I would love to rent any of this hostess’ properties in the future!

Perfect Clearwater Stay Location

Beautiful and well-kept property. Very responsive owners. We had a great visit and would return if we needed a location in the Clearwater/Indian Rock beach areas. If I had to say one thing negative it would be that the battery went out on the auto door lock, but even that went without a hitch and is not a complaint (or impacting the perfect 5* rating). The owners came out Thanksgiving morning to try to change it and when they couldn't they provided a physical key, and our day was not interrupted. The unit sits on the ground level and met our needs for space. The guest bathroom was a bit slow to drain, but that appears to be an install issue and didn't stop our girls from using it. The location is great - walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. We found some good eats and recommended some of the places to our son who lives in St. Petersburg. Very nice place.

Clearwater Avlon

The grounds were good. The property management office close at 3PM and the check-in time is 4PM. The A/C was broke when we checked in and the only contact was the property management, but we were lucky that someone was still there to contact the owner to report the A/C was out. Thursday night and Friday night say were without A/C and no attempts by the owner to rent or buy a portable A/C for relief from the heat. The A/C was finally fix Saturday afternoon. Our stay ended Monday morning 10AM. The fridge broke the next day after our arrival, but it was repaired the next day. The owner basic attitude was not to lose money for repairs problems that happen over the weekend. Also, we found small roaches in the unit.

Bien situé, bien aménagé et équipé

Beau logement dans une résidence bien située près des axes pour se rendre à Clearwater Beach (20 mins environ sans trafic). Le building a l’air un peu défraîchi et la barrière de sécurité pour l’accès au stationnement restait ouverte alors qu’elle devait être fermée à partir de 20h.Le logement est décoré avec goût les pièces sont grandes la grande chambre très pratique avec le dressing. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine chauffée. Coup de cœur aussi pour le Food truck de tacos mexicain situé à quelques pas dans le parking du Publix et le Joe pizza à quelques minutes. Il faut s’attendre à voir des petites bestioles (bugs) donc suivez bien les directives .. fermer les portes, ne pas laisser traîner de nourriture, etc. Une bonne adresse.
