Cozy, Cool, and Convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was in a centrally located, convenient area which was a plus. They had everything we needed to cook meals, pots and pans and a hot plate, as well as a keurig for morning coffee and afternoon tea. If you forgot any toiletries, like toothbrushes or soap then they have you covered! For sure we would stay here again. Also they have a mini split unit inside so we were able to keep it a nice consistent temperature.

Fragrance from plug-ins was rather strong. Strange stains on pillow. Toilet does not flush well. Kitchen was well stocked. Fence around unit does a good job providing privacy. Instruction card for A/C unit would be helpful.

Weekend get away

Overall, the area was neat and clean. It had the basic amenities that you would need for a short weekend stay. Had some challenges with the keypad entry and cable. The porch on the outside was relaxing where you could talk and have a nice cup of coffee, Otherwise no issues with this VRBO,

It met our needs

Property is a small little apartment. Door lock wasn’t working for us but they finally opened it for us. Location was good for airport. Only one concern is bedding was washed in laundry soap that had perfumes in it and I’m allergic. Please switch to free & clear.

Little VRBO is a hidden gem

Instructions were very clear and concise. Upon entering the property, the exterior was somewhat misleading and looked like a shed. It looked very small from the outside, however, once entering the building, it was cozy. It suited our purpose very well. The neighborhood was an older one, however the way the owner had the VRBO set up made it feel disconnected from the neighborhood. It was a nice little getaway.

Tiny but oh so cute

We needed an inexpensive place for two people to spend a couple of nights. This property was perfectly clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. We loved it. The neighborhood was a bit iffy, but it was not a problem. It was located close to the Interstate but was quiet inside and very convenient to everything we needed.

Concert weekend

Quaint and cozy little place for the 2 of us. Right near the highway so very convenient to get around to various sights. Host was very communicative and helpful. Place was clean and quiet. Will certainly look at booking again in the future.

the place is nice, wr came in at 3am , the only problem, there were two air b n b and the description was not clear, so it took along time for us to find out where our air b nb was. the host did not respond until 7am.

Relaxing Baecation

We had a great time. Everything was great. The outside seating was great and we spent a lot of time out there just talking and enjoying the weather. It was also essentially located to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to enjoy a concert in Tampa n the Hard Rock Casino

House hunting

property was clean and compact. could use 2 more coffee mugs incase we want coffee again and dont have to wash dishes first. Just a thought.

Great location

We loved our stay in Tampa. The room was clean, they had plenty of bowls and plates so we were able to have dinner and keep them in the full sized fridge afterwards. The bathroom was also clean and adorable. The outside yard was peaceful to sit out in. Best of all, it was close to Ybor and the new Orpheum location. Overall 5/5 and would recommend for anyone coming to Tampa for a nice, quiet visit. It was so nice coming home from our concert and having a peaceful, quiet and relaxing place to stay at.

Personal touches

Clean, nice, cute personal additions such as travel tooth paste, cotton swabs, and love/heart hand towels. I loved the porch. I worked out twice in the shaded area. Keurig coffee was good. Communication was excellent with the property management. I will return.

Perfect place for our trip

We were visiting people in various areas around the Tampa area. Access to major highways was really easy and the place fit our needs perfectly. Clean. Quiet, comfortable and well outfitted. I highly recommend and would re-book in a heart beat! Our host was very accomodating and communication fast and easy.

Quiet and convenient

This is a small cottage close to Tampa with food and groceries near by. Even though it’s close to the interstate, it was very quiet and cozy. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

A great cozy place

The owner was very responsive. A very well kept , clean and cozy place. Much cleaner and personal feeling than a hotel room. Nice refrigerator that has room for frozen as well as normal refrigerator things. Very centrally located to attractions in the area, and stores. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend.

Soooo amazingly comfortable

This place was unbelievable. We had everything we needed and more. Really wish we had booked more days. My guest was astounded by all the necessities you all provided and the privacy that was afforded to us in the area nearby Busch Gardens. A+ rating on the construction and provisions made in this cozy and amply accessorized room, kitchen, bathroom, dining, and patio area. We felt guilt leaving dishes in the sink. Great job. We will definitely look for your place in the future. We slept unbelievably well.

Welcome to our apartment with a Queen size bed. Our place is located in a friendly neighborhood covered in trees and very quiet. This studio is located at the back of our main house and is in a fantastic location close to everything in Tampa. It's a short drive to several restaurants! We are located 4 miles from downtown Tampa, 3 miles from Busch Gardens, less than 1.5 miles from the Tampa Zoo, and 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport
