For dinner, grill up fresh local catch in the fenced yard and dine alfresco, or prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Stroll just under a mile to North Beach for sun and surf. The jetties and nature trails offer scenic views and glimpses of local wildlife. Walk 0.3 miles to The Shoppes at 1207 for local boutiques and a tasty bite. You’ll also find a variety of shopping and dining options off Route 80 and Butler Avenue, a short drive away.

Your rental is just a 0.8-mile walk from the Fort Screven district, where you can learn about Tybee Island’s rich history through monuments and museums. Try your fishing luck off the Tybee Beach Pier, 2.5 miles away. Or book a fishing charter and explore the local waters. Take a surf lesson or rent a jet ski nearby. Head to the McQueen's Island Historic Trail for waterside biking and walking.

House looks good online but has many deferred maintenance items that should be addressed. Checking in and out is great and the home is roomy! Downstairs equipment is in bad shape.

Nice big and comfortable house in a great location!

Big, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture inside and on the porch, a great kitchen for fixing dinner for the family, and a Ping Pong table. Who could ask for more?

Great vacation spot!

This house was lovely to spend a week in with family, kiddos loved the downstairs games and the walk to the beach was reasonable. Nearest is Polk Rd beach access which was a quiet not busy area so that was great. You can also walk the other way and get to restaurants and various places really easily. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable.. all was great! The screened in porch is perfect to relax after a beach day and not worry about bugs. The grill did not seem functional when we were there but didn’t really try to figure it out too long, just fyi dont bank on having it. Otherwise all amenities and everything were as advertised and I’d definitely recommend this house!

Back to School Getaway

Our stay overall was nice. Only thing that I would have liked to be better was more towels, we didn’t even get one per person staying for the 4 days and the air conditioning kept holding at 78 so most of the time the house was very hot.

Heather's Big 5-Oh birthday getaway

The house was absolutely perfect! Clean and decorated great. Location was awesome easy to get in and out. We loved going to the beaches, which were nearby and visiting the marine science center. The beds were super comfy and master bath with garden tub was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Thank you to our hosts!!

The location and outdoor screened in sitting area was very nice. We had an issue with all of the towels smelling like cigarette smoke, not the home itself, but the towels. All of them had to be rewashed before they could be used. The microwave door handle was missing and when you open the door from the top the vent fell off. The home was clean but could have used a few new updates with either new or painted vents- there was a lot of rust on them. That said, we enjoyed our stay and it was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. We did rent a golf cart and that made it super simple to get to the beach.

Very clan, lots of stairs.

The house is conveniently located and very clean. Unfortunately our group was all folks nearing 70, and all the steps ( both inside and outside) made for some difficulty especially when carrying luggage/groceries. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Thanks.

A family get together on Tybee

The house was very clean, spacious and the kitchen worked out great. The downstairs with the game room is a great place for the children to play. Our weather was lovely in October and the children loved playing in the closed in but open air play room. It was a short walk to the beach and I think the location is good for everything we wanted to do. We have been coming to Tybee for several decades and rented many spaces and this is one we wish to rent again in the future. We had six adults and two children and it was the perfect size for us.

Wonderful property

Excellent house close to everything you’d need. However, the listing says a king, a queen and a bunk bed but that is incorrect. There IS a king bed but the other two beds are just fulls and there is no bunk bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This house is in need of a deep cleaning as it doesn’t show well. The house smells very musty. Maintenance inside and outside has been ignored by the property manager. Both ac intakes look like they have not been cleaned in months. In the upstairs bathroom there is a 12 inch circle of missing paint that chipped off the ceiling. Most ac vents had rust on them. One of the windows does not lock which poses a safety concern. Vacasa should hire a different cleaning company that can pay attention to detail on how to properly clean a property. On our last night there, the upstairs smoke alarm battery stopped working so we were awaken at 3am to deal with that issue. I reached out to Vrbo with our concern when we checked in but was told that Vacasa would be the one handling this issue. We have yet to hear from them. Aside from all the maintenance issues the house is very spacious and is in a quiet area. I hope these issues are addressed because the house would have potential to be a great stay.

Unhappy campers

We do recommend this house or the rental agency. Cleanliness was an issue and we were unable to have a maintenance issue with the toilet addressed even though we reached out several times a day, every day of our stay. We were told a plumber was coming and then it never happened. Terrible experience.

Although the house was clean and spacious, however the carpet on the stairs were all stained. We had to request towels, they only provided 1 towel per person for 5 days. We had to go out and purchase additional toilet paper. Ran out after the 3rd day. If you go here, make sure you bring any tissues, napkins and such. If you don’t want to run a dishwasher on a small load, bring a small bottle of dish soap. The real kicker to this place, it has an elevator, however, you cannot use it! They turn the power off when it is being rented out. All in all it was in a nice quiet area with easy access to the location.

The house was spacious, and surface clean. (dust build up on ceiling fans and vents-If you have alleges you look for dust) Kitchen had good supplies and utensils. It was a peaceful space. Called guest services as dishwasher did not work. They were not responsive. Water in the main floor tub backed up-again not attended to. Never received a call back. Did not let those "minor" things keep us from having a good time. This is my second time using Vacasa, if you can get your guest service people to do their jobs, it would be an awesome experience. So sorry I couldn't give it 5 stars

Wedding 💒

We decided to stay at Tybee Island instead of staying in Savannah for a wedding celebration. Just gave us more space instead of being crammed up in a hotel in Savannah. Very nice house very well kept unfortunately we did not spend many hours in the home and only cooked one meal in it it was well stocked thanks again
