Room was clean and comfortable for a group of four. Easy to walk to most places in downtown and easy access to I-35 if you need to drive. If you bring a car, keep in mind parking isn’t included. You will have to pay for overnight valet (40) or park and pay on the street.

The location was great—within walking distance to many spots. The view was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. It fit six of us comfortably, and the 1.5 bathrooms were convenient. The place was pretty spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing located property to downtown Austin

Property as described, spacious, well located, and easy to check in to. Property is very nice but could have been cleaned better. Not a dealbreaker. We enjoyed our stay.

Unit is beautiful, and close to bars, hiking trails, with a Royal Blue nearby. Nosebleed view of Lady Birds Lake from the private balcony.

Excellent location with spectacular view

The property was as advertised with an excellent location and spectacular view. Close proximity to the interstate made travel easy. The Rainey district is hip and cool, and good restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen and bathrooms were not as well-equipped as previous stays at VRBO locations, but we coped.

Nice, clean place with great location

Friendly property, beautiful view . It’s right around the corner from Rainey Street so that was great. Beds were very comfy. The ONLY thing I would improve is a pull down shade in living area because when that sun comes through in the evening, it’s very bright even with the tinted glass. The bedroom has a pull down shade (thank goodness) but could have used one in living area but aside from that , perfect .

Great Location and Views

Unwind was great, but my input is that it would be nice to have cleaning supplies at minimum Windex and bathroom cleaner. We had to ask for paper towels and toilet paper also? El Paso was nice, but would not stay there again - was unimpressed with the amenities and could not believe that in that huge complex there was no jacuzzi. Anyway VRBO was great - just sometimes the accomodations miss.

Review of condo

The condo itself was great to stay in. The elevators were extremely slow and always packed so we often had to wait a good bit of time to get on one which made it hard to come and go efficiently. The last day we were there one was not working which impacted the other 2 greatly. The valet service was nice but the poor guys were always running and busy so we had to wait to get our car.

The room was smaller than we thought, there's NO way it can sleep six adults. There was no sponge to wash a dish, only one wash machine pod, and zero dishwasher soap pod... no hooks to hang a towel in the bathroom, and needed more lighting

Wonderfully condo!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Rented here rather than a hotel for three coworkers on a business trip. Getting in & out of the property is easy. However, there is an additional $40/day/vehicle valet fee that should be disclosed. Beds were comfortable. It’s a bit tricky opening the Murphy bed! We didn’t use the kitchen other than the coffee makers (Nepresso & Keureg). Hand soap was nearly empty so you might bring that. For those visiting Austin, the location is perfect but it is a very congested area so getting there during big events might be challenging. There is a small bar/lounge in the lobby. I didn’t expect that! Not sure what all is served but could be handy.

Great Condo and Location

The overall location was convenient to downtown as well as the airport. We enjoyed access to the pool, common areas and the gym. The cleanliness was disappointing especially with the cleaning fees paid. There was hair all over the rugs, floors and shower; appears as though the last cleaning missed this completely. The other would Drawback was there were not any pool towels and were told to use bath towels and wash them. We were there three days, three women, six towels and went to the pool each day so I had to wash the towels two times every day. Also, in the original contract it was mentioned we could request early check in and out. Upon request it was denied even though I had received an offer to add additional days prior/after our stay.
