This stylish 1 BR apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting Downtown Columbia. After parking in the parking lot, you will head upstairs and enter through door “C”. Upon entering this space you will notice the stylish decor throughout the apartment. The open concept makes this space bright and welcoming. The living room has a sofa available for you to sit back and relax on. There is a SmartTV provided for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies. The dining room table is right off the living room and has seating for up to 2 people. The kitchen has stunning green cabinets with gold hardware, making this room feel luxurious. It is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy a take out meal from a local restaurant. The large window provides plenty of natural light making this space feel even bigger.

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. It is made with clean, comfortable sheets for you to be able to get a good nights sleep on. The multiple big windows add a ton of natural light to this room. There are end stands and lamps provided for you to read a book before bed. Dressers are available for you to unpack your belongings and make yourself feel at home.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with stunning tile work. There is a single vanity with space for you to put all of your bathroom necessities. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom for you to do all your laundry before you head home.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
