The home was older but had all the amenities and more than a similarly priced hotel room. We stayed to attend an Army Basic Training graduation at Fort Jackson and it was only 15 minutes away. Great for an extended stay to reduce the cost and need for extra clothes/packed amenities. The queen bed was a bit stiffer than we are accustomed to. Shower was great, plenty of hot water, but dont run it and the washer at the same time. We contacted the host about an issue with the coffee maker and they replied within 30 minutes and replaced it within a reasonable time. The home was fully stocked with consumables like paper products, soaps and trash bags. Overall a great stay, but it is an older property on the 2nd floor with access up a deck outside staircase, so be aware.

Host was very welcoming and apartment had the basic needs, but for a non smoking place it smelled so strong of smoke and hits you in the face every time you walk in as if nothing can cover the deep stench of a smoker who once lived there. All 3 beds had problems. The 2 twin beds have springs poking you in the back and one has a loud plastic cover. The queen bed only has a 3 inch topper that isn't enough to get completely comfortable. The refrigerator is very empty and clean ready for groceries. The microwave and stove work great. The TV has Roku and streaming options. There is only 1 bathroom. The shower/tub combo had warm water with a removable shower head. I was unhappy having to search for bath towels and the first 2 I found in the dressers were stained, finally found a few we could use. The apartment is upstairs on the right and the wooden stairs are narrow. Thankfully we did not have heavy luggage to drag upstairs. The parking spot was convenient. It is an easy drive to Fort Jackson just one exit away and we liked the quiet neighborhood that felt safe. This is not a place to party or be loud. There is a noise monitor/ motion detector in the apartment over the dining room table. Overall, I was thankful to find an affordable 2 bedroom for us to stay. The apartment could sleep more than 4 people with 2 couch options and I noticed thin pads in the closet to put on the floor and a portable baby crib. if you needed a washer and dryer it has that option as well.

Host is very easy to communicate with. The condo is 2nd floor which we did not notice when we booked it and it was a challenge for us. Otherwise, the condo has what you need for a stay. If there are a lot of you, you may want to check the linens and towels and washcloths as there didn't seem enough for as many beds as they make available. We bought dishcloths and washcloths and left them when we checked out. I'm sure they would bring anything you need to make your stay comfortable. The living room furniture could use an update. It wasn't comfortable so we bought folding chairs to use while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was very conveniently located to the many places we wanted to go.

The condo was extremely well stocked with paper supplies, detergent, and soap. Best I've seen in the many VRBOs I've stayed in. The host was very responsive in getting a new hairdryer delivered on the same day I asked.

Everything is exactly as described. Parking is easy, place was clean, just minutes to anything you need, and less than 15 minutes to Fort Jackson. And host responded to questions in a matter of a couple of minutes.

When we first arrived it did have a chemical smell of like insect spray but we left the door open for a while and that helped. Over all It was clean and the neighborhood was cute and we felt super safe

The description of the property was accurate. This was my first time using the VRBO site/application (it is terrible) and the host was very helpful and supportive while I navigated the challenges that I experienced. We stayed here for my boyfriend’s basic graduation at fort Jackson. At first we were skeptical of the neighborhood, but it ended up being very quiet and peaceful and we weren’t bothered at all by anyone. It was about a 15 minute drive to Fort Jackson and very convenient. The place was clean, we used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed we also used the washer and dryer lots. It’s a good stay and well priced. The host was great, answered within a 5-15 minute time frame and was very helpful.

Neighborhood was quiet & we felt safe, WiFi easy to use, A/C worked great, mostly clean.As older folk, taller sofa & handicap height toilet would be great.The plug-in fragrance was way overpowering, but still did not mask the “old” smell that could be helped with new carpet and furniture. Listing needs to be clearer about 2nd floor options as my wife struggles with stairs and I did not realize this was on the 2nd floor. I had to apologize to her.
