Is This Heaven Downtown Dyersville Apartment

Our newly renovated 2 BR/1.5 BA is a second floor 1200 sq ft. apartment that is located in the heart of Downtown Dyersville with it's own private entrance and street parking. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants & bars, brewery, shopping, parks & baseball fields, St. Francis Basilica and only 4.4 miles from the Field of Dreams. This space features a full sized kitchen that is stocked with all your needs to cook meals & laundry room for all guests.
Our contact free check in is done with a smartlock. You can opt to use the code sent or via the August app. This is located on the small set of stairs outside. Once inside, you will enter an entry that will guide you to the indoor stairwell to get to the apartment.
Check in is at 3:00pm CST.
Check out is at 10:00am CST.

Highly recommend this property! Owner is very accommodating and responsive. Unit is very, very clean, well organized, and well stocked, even including a cooler bag and outdoor chairs. Beds are very comfortable. Towels and linens are nice. Location is in the heart of downtown with easy walk to dining and nightlife. Beautiful view of basilica spires. Would stay here again. Of note: We were a little concerned when we saw the steep stairs on the outside, but rest assured- that is just a fire escape! The outside entry is at the lower right of the mural- and there are just a few stairs to the inside where a protected staircase takes you to the second floor.

Apartment was as advertised. Very nice. One suggestion- bathroom and bedroom doors squeak could use some WD-40. Location was great except for having to park a little over a block away a couple of times.

Perfect Stay in Dyersville!We were in love the moment we walked in! The open floor plan and super high ceilings gave the apartment such a spacious, welcoming feel. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, making it instantly comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home when we wanted to. The bed and bedding were extra comfortable—definitely some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling!The location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance to great attractions and restaurants, which made exploring Dyersville so convenient.Jennifer was an amazing host—her communication was excellent, always quick to respond, and she went above and beyond to share fun things to do in the area. She was incredibly accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice! It is absolutely beautiful! Perfectly located, walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants in town. The host Jennifer went above and beyond for us! If you're ever going to visit Dyersville, this is the place to stay!!

This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience!

Tournament retreat

This was the perfect place to come back and relax after long days at the field.It was literally two blocks from the field my son was playing on. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Being able to walk down stairs and around the corner to grab coffee or a bite to eat made it even better. Jennifer was a great host and her recommendations made our 4th of july in a small town great!

Amazing place- great location!

We came into town to see the field of Dreams with our boys, & we were very impressed at what an awesome modern & clean place it was! The owner was very informative & easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly & It was so close to restaurants, Brewery, coffee shop , golf courses. Dyersville is such a cute town- we will definitely be back to stay!

Our stay in Dyersville was so special, and we loved staying at Jennifer’s loft. The location is perfect, and the property was fabulous. It was super clean and had everything we could have needed. Be sure to grab a wrap or sandwich at Brew and Brew, they’re amazing!

Beautiful spacious place to stay in the heart of downtown Dyersville

I traveled to Iowa with my son and daughter in law to visit my Mom for Easter weekend. The property is perfect. Close to coffee in the morning and beer at night. Close to Field of Dreams movie site. Will definitely stay again

Quick stay for a family wedding

We rented this apartment for my cousin's wedding. Myself, my fiancé, and my dad all stayed. It was absolutely beautiful inside. So open and welcoming. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Communication was top tier. 10/10 would recommend!

Weekend get away

Property was clean, warm and welcoming. Owners communicated with great detail on house rules, process of opening doors and security. Excellent location within walking distance of my favorite brew spot. Thanks for wonderful stay!

Modern and Spacious

This had everything we wanted. Walking to local restaurants, close to attractions, and space. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to wash uniforms, relax during rain delays, and be close to all the ball fields. The apartment was clean and bright. Communication with the host was great. We were worried about parking the first night, but it didn't seem to be a problem throughout the weekend. The only downside, the coffee shop in town was closed for the weekend and the coffee mugs in the apartment were tiny; small price to pay for a great apartment. If we come back next year, I will definitely be looking this place up.
