The property was beautiful and just as advertised. It is in a fantastic location, as we were able to walk to downtown, enjoy the walking paths and spend time at the brewery right next door. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Field of Dreams

We loved this property and its location. The facility was very safe and clean, and the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Excellent refreshment

This was one of our best VRBO experiences. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Accessible bright space with easy walking to local gems. We were able to relax, work and enjoy our stay.

Family Gathering

Impeccable property, very clean and functional. Perfect location and easily accessible. You can’t go wrong with Textile Brewing right next door. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped (TV, bedding, bathroom, utensils, etc.). The instructions were clear and well thought out. The location is great. It is within 1 - 2 blocks of restaurants, the Basilica and the Field of Dreams Museum. The condo was also very quiet.

Very clean, close to restaurants, easy check in. Check in at 4 is a little late, wish it was at 3. The only negative is that it's right by the train tracks ans the train came every day early in the morning.

Weekend baseball trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful , very clean and safe. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Convenient location to field of dreams,walking distance to several restaurants and shops in a downtown area including Creamery and Brewery. Host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, beautiful unit!

We were on a NE Iowa brewery ‘crawl’ to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One of his favorites is Textile in Dyersville. This unit was perfect for us as it over looks the brewery and is steps away from the downtown area. Couldn’t have worked out better for the end of our day! Everything was as listed, the property is new, the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will stay again and will recommend it to our friends.

I'm glad you liked my condo unit. I apologize that the check-in was difficult. When I called you back to try to assist, I thought you had it figured out. To anyone reading this four star review, checking in was difficult for the guest because she didn't read the detailed check in instructions she received at time of booking and again sent the morning of arrival. There should be no reason to have to call VRBO to check in. There is a code to a lock box on the exterior of the building. A key card is inside the box. The key card is needed only to gain entry to the building and run the elevator. There are not multiple key cards needed as she stated. Then, at your condo, you simply use the push button door code with the number provided to you. Other guests have found this simple and easy. The condo building needs a key card to gain entry for security and safety purposes. It is a secure building that most guests find to be a comforting amenity.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love Dyersville!! We were initially drawn to town because of The Field of Dreams. (my boys love baseball and play it ALL summer) But we have found the rest of the town to be so warm and welcoming. There are some great restaurants and breweries as well as many other attractions for a town this size.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is the only condo building in town and it is brand new. Ease of access, convenient, modern. Only steps out the door are a great brewery and creamery. It's location to the The Field of Dreams is certainly the most unique thing about it. You will also want to check out the If You Build It exhibit, the National Farm Toy Museum, the Plaza Antique Mall, The Basilica of St. Francis Xavier and the Heritage bike trail.
