Great little house

Enjoyed our stay. Great location and short drive to certain points of interest. Owner was kind to ask what time we were arriving and tried to accommodate.

Sweet and simple

Very clean, had everything that was needed: towels, toiletries, washer, dryer, comfortable beds with bedding, kitchen utensils, kitchen essentials, and loved how much light came through the house. We loved that we could bbq in the backyard!

Beautiful house

For such a beautiful home, whoever stayed before us or whoever cleaned this house, was smoking cigarettes in the home and being a non smoker our selfs it really messed with our allergies so that part sucked but other then that this house is beautiful and helped he all spend quality time with our baby at the Valley Children’s Hospital.

THE BEST HOST TO BOOK WITH

I stayed at 2 locations that was available by the host and the house was nice , it was easy access also the host was very nice and responded fast to my needs . My baby girls crawled around and was able to enjoy their stay also . Washer and dryer , clean house beautiful house and the host was AMAZING !!! Every need a place to stay they will have you covered thank you YASUDA FOR HAVING ME AND MY FAMILY❤️❤️ will always book with you and tell friends and family to do also

Dog Show Retreat

This is such a great house… super clean,comfortable, amazing fully fenced grassy yard,and it’s located in a very safe family neighborhood. Only 10min to the fairgrounds,downtown,or 10min to the Fair Mall in Clovis. It’s centrally located to everything. The inside and its appliances are brand new and access to the laundry facilities,in the garage,was so so so easy and convenient. Communication w/ the landlord is quick and easy. Can’t wait to book,again,for the Dog Show next year!

Family get-together!!

My daughter had a tennis match so we decided to get my kids together so they could see Dad for Father's Day. The home was in close vicity to my dausghter's match! We visited the zoo and then came home to BBQ. The large yard allowed us to set up a slipping slide for the kids in the back. The kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked. My only complaint is that the AC is set and could not be adjusted. It got a bit warm sometimes but the ceiling fans in every room helped. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to a friend or family!

Upgraded gem

This is the 2nd property that we have stayed of the hosts. He takes pride in his properties, and the updated renovations are beautiful. Kitchen being fully stocked is so helpful. Quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Nice that I am able to comfortably bring my kids and dog. I would definitely recommend this property for a family or friends that are visiting the area.

Comfortable, well-located place for long-term stay

Perfect place for the full month my partner and I had to spend in Fresno for a recertification training at Fresno City College. The place is exactly as pictured and the neighborhood was really quiet The house was very clean and fresh and well-stocked with all the necessities (much appreciated); kitchen appliances were great – seemed all new. The local property manager is super responsive, dealing with anything that arose immediately. The College is about a 5 minute drive away, and there is a bus stop just a couple blocks from the house, if that’s your mode of transportation. Totally enjoyed staying here and if I need to stay in Fresno again, I’ll certainly look for availability here!

Convenient Spot to Stay

The house was immaculate and well appointed. We chose the location for its proximity to a family event and the homes of various family members. This made it convenient for us to travel between gathering spots throughout the weekend. When we were at the house, we were comfortable and able to prepare meals easily. We were able to get to coffee shops and restaurants in the Tower District with ease.
