Guests can expect a safe and comfortable stay in this newly upgraded 3 bedroom 2 bath home. It is conveniently located: 15 min drive to Airport and Downtown; 80 min both to Yosemite (Route 41) and Kings Canyon (Route 180). All rooms are covered with newly polished hardwood floors. Appliances and furniture are all new. The new metal fence on the front allows guest to park 2 cars securely on the driveway. Large backyard, spacious covered porch and BBQ grill guarantee relaxing family time.

Property was clean. Was nice to have a fenced yard for the kids! We were visiting Fresno zoo which was close by and an easy trip for us!

Had a great stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The surrounding area is, in all honesty, sketchy, but the street is quiet and clean, and the house is well-stocked will all you need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the fenced in front yard for our dog and kids to play. There’s a huge backyard but the neighbors behind have quite large and intimidating dogs. Plus the connecting fence had some boards that needed fixing, so we stuck to the front. One highlight was the excellent heat and water pressure in the showers!

Enjoyable weekend

My daughter, to grandchildren and I spent the weekend in Fresno to celebrate my mom‘s 95th birthday. This home was comfortable, clean and met all our needs.

Clean and functional.

The property is very clean, located on a center Al, yet quiet street in a safe neighborhood. The house has been renovated with all new appliances. We had 4 adults and the 3 bedroom house worked great. Owner was flexible to meet my change requests as the event (graduation) got closer, and communication through VRBO was seamless. Highly recommend this house for a temporary home in Fresno.

Quiet, clean and spacious

Our stay was wonderful. Quiet, scenic neighborhood. Nice big front yard. All bedrooms spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Big comfortable home, great Host!

Updated and clean house in lovely neighborhood

Stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The house was very clean and nicely updated, the neighborhood was residential and very quiet but still close to restaurants. The owner was very communicative and friendly through messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice in Fresno

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Masato is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. We had to extend our stay an additional week due to the airline outage, Mateo was able to accommodate. Restaurants were close by, also shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fresno.

Lovely night in Fresno

Our stay at this VRBO home was wonderful! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was spotless and organized with great taste, making it feel welcoming and comfortable right from the start. One big plus was the gated fence around the property. It offered an extra layer of security, which was especially helpful for our pets—they loved being able to roam safely in the yard. We arrived a bit later than planned, around 10pm, but our host was gracious enough to allow an extra hour for checkout, which was very generous and made our departure stress-free. If we ever pass through this area again, we would absolutely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

Excellent Rental

This was an excellent rental that had everything you needed, except for maybe some spoons. Lol. But I'm certain if we had asked for them we would have gotten them! As soon as we arrive to the property we took a look around and opened the back door and the door knob came off! I contacted the owner of the property who had his property manager Ramon over at the house in less than 30 minutes! Ramon fixed the door in record time and was available the next day as well when I texted to ask about something else. The home was decorated with beautiful modern decor and there was no carpeting, which is something that I look for in a rental for cleanliness reasons. There was even a lock on the gate that went around the property for extra security. Also, I've rented VRBOs many times, and there is always a long list of instructions for checkout, but the book in the home basically said to enjoy your stay and that there were no instructions. Naturally, I collected all of the trash before we left and made sure all of the dishes were washed, because I think that's just common courtesy, but it's nice to not have an entire list of chores to do the day you're trying to pack and head to the airport. This owner has several rentals in the area and I would definitely stay in one of his properties again if we come back to the area This property was an 8 minute drive to the Fresno airport.

Home was clean and in a quaint neighborhood with nearby stores and small restaurants. This is our 2nd stay with this host. And looking forward to the next. Plus it’s pet friendly so I got to bring my little 20 lb doggy with me.

Property was clean, functional, and well-located for my visit purpose.

Thoughtful owner who clearly prioritizes clients. The only real recommendation is to outfit the kitchen Kitchen with a wider selection of pots and pans.
