Visit bustling Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the Seattle Art Museum. Stroll along Elliott Bay at Centennial Park and Myrtle Edwards Park. In the evening, ride the Seattle Great Wheel at Pier 57.

Return home to resort-style amenities, including a barbecue deck with waterfront views, a fitness center, and a hot tub. Gather around the fireplace, or relax on your private balcony with a crisp drink in hand as you overlook the bay.

THE LOCATION

Set in the heart of downtown Seattle, this condo puts you walking distance from Pike Place Market and the quaint eateries of Post Alley (0.3 miles). Stroll to the Seattle Aquarium (0.4 miles) and the Seattle Art Museum (0.5 miles) to explore astonishing collections. The cruise terminal is about a 5-minute walk away. Admire natural beauty and bay views at Centennial Park and Myrtle Edwards Park (1.4 miles). Enjoy an afternoon at the Washington Park Arboretum and the Japanese Garden (4.5 miles). Watch salmon migrate north at Ballard Locks (5 miles). The Ballard neighborhoods trendy shops and eateries are also sure to please. Rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore Lake Washington. Hop on a whale-watching tour or board a ferry across Elliott Bay to gorgeous Bainbridge Island. Watch the sunset from Piers 62 and 63 (200 feet). Finish the day with a ride on the Seattle Great Wheel at Pier 57 (0.3 miles) as you look out over the citys sparkling lights.

It was great having easy parking in a parking garage. The condo was amazing with water views on the balcony. Very comfortable for me and my kids. The kitchen had everything to cook. The washer and dryer was a plus. The location is great and we walked all over downtown!

Great location. But bring your own toilet paper! Kitchen could use a good thorough cleaning. Black mold in icemaker, stain sheets, stain pillows, not enough linens. Only one key fob is provided. Door to balcony does not work properly.

We enjoyed our stay at Alaskan Way. The location is perfect. You can walk to all the downtown attractions. The amenities are nice and having a parking spot was critical. I would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION!!! We did not have a car for this trip and this place was in the perfect location to walk to everything. The condo had absolutely everything we could have asked for. Very clean and I was very impressed with all the decor and the quality of accommodations. Little things I noticed... the kitchen faucet, dishwasher, mirror, an ice maker (yeah!), towel warmer in the bathroom!!!! This unit has top of the line equipment.WONDERFUL view of the bay from sitting on the balcony. Since it is a middle unit, your view is dead center with nothing in the way. Spent our mornings relaxing on the balcony with coffee enjoying the view.LOCATION: We walked the 1 mile to the Space Needle, with 2 grandkids (8/12). There were 2 hills but nothing we couldn't handle, and we are 60 :) The free Waterfront Shuttle is literally right outside the entrance of the building. We would use it to get back after being exhausted from exploring. We walked to Pikes Market, just 1 block up. Also walked to Pioneer Square. I can't say enough about the location of this property. SO HIGHLY recommend this place. We were very comfortable and felt very much "at home" here. We made dinner a couple of nights and this unit had everything you could possibly need to cook. SO well stocked!!! Did I mention the portable ice maker (LOL) - that was a nice bonus!! Check in was easy. The front desk person was so sweet and welcoming. Will stay again, and again, and again....

Waterfront location

Clean well stocked waterfront condo steps away from Pike Market and aquarium. Pull out sofa, daybed and queen bed . Beautiful kitchen,w/d and large bath with deep tub. Balcony with furniture and view. Clean and spacious.

Perfect Seattle Waterfront Condo

This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Beautiful place with a great view. Wonderfully located near all the activities at the Peir, Waterfront and Pike's Place. We will definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked for taking advantage of cooking fresh fish from the market. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing location and great condo

What a great property! The location is perfect and the views are stunning! We will definitely use this property again when we go back. The only note is that folks need to beware of the tub as it is the most slippery thing we've ever encountered. Other than that, perfect!!!!!

GREAT LOCATION BUT WOULD RATHER STAYED AT A HOTEL

First of all the Location is great, overlooks the water and walkable to many attractions. With that said I would have preferred to stay at the Hotel 2 Buildings down. The place needed an urgent refresh or a little better cleaning. Stains on the walls and carpets were clear pretty indicative of a basic wipe down in between guest stays. The linens were cheap, flimsy and I uncomfortable. There was a coffe bar with a Kearig but no coffee or coffee pods to be found. Kitchen fully stocked with the exception of basic oils and spices needed to cook. The shower required someone the height of an NBA player to maneuver over without getting your foot scratched in a shower that who’s pipes got louder the lhotter the water got.. If you are looking for somewhere with comfort, skip this one.

Great location and quiet

The condo was a great fit for our family of four. Each child was happy to have their own bed with the sofa bed and day bed. We loved the view of the water and sunny balcony. We arrived via light rail from the airport and so did not have a vehicle. We were able to walk very easily to the market, baseball stadium and light rail station. It would be nice if the property manager would allow folks without a car to stow luggage in the unit prior to check in time. We had to lug our backpacks around until 4pm.

Great condo, bad agency.

Super great location in Seattle! We could walk to everything! Condo is perfect for a couple, for two couples (like what we had) the hide a bed is super thin, so you would definitely need an extra cushion. Nice features with the countertop ice maker and towel warmer in the bathroom. Now for Vacasa, lady at front desk was very nice. We showed up right at dinner time and had a long drive. So we were excited to get in our room and go out to eat. Had a spot assigned to us to park in our email and she confirmed that at the desk. Parked and had everything out, my husband had to go back and get one last thing and there was a lady in her vehicle behind our bronco telling us that is her spot and we had to move. So my husband ran back upstairs to get me and the keys, they lady told us she lives there and deals with this problem all the time. And that we need to move. I called the number on my email but it wasn't for the front desk. And was put on hold. So we had to park in the spot the tenant told us we should park. Which was right next to a huge pole and another car, only the driver could open door. We went to the front desk after that and she said "yes, to park there. And sorry, the tenant sold that parking space." If that was the case change it in the system! We waisted a lot of time going up and down trying to figure this all out. Then we finally make it to dinner and I get a text from Vacasa from the manager of the property " I want to inform you that the parking space is F55 not C23. Enjoy your stay" REALLY! I said "Yes, we know that now would have been nice to know earlier, before check in. Embarrassing for us with the other tenant, and not a good way to start our stay." He apologized and said have a meal on Vacasa, and send the receipt to him, they will reimburse our credit card. He even knocked on our door the next day and apologized again, and said they will reimburse us. I sent the receipt and he said he submitted it and to wait 2-4 days. NOTHING! He said sorry and submitted it again, NOTHING! I would have been satisfied if they would have paid for our dinner, would have totally made up for our bad experience..... But now that they haven't and have been ignoring me, I feel worse! I highly don't recommend this place, which is unfortunate, because otherwise I would have totally stayed there again.

Nice Place

This place was great. The only reason I’m given it four stars is because their satellite for their TV kept going out every 15 minutes and we would have to reboot it. They need to get a new satellite box.

Ok Stay..

Location is good , waterfront but lot of construction going nearby. The balcony has a good view but it is not the front apartment where you get the full Bay view. The apartment overall is good, comfortable checkin but WiFi in the apartment doesn’t work and Vacasa folks don’t respond even after emails. There is no washing machine and no detergent for hands wash also. Kitchen is fully equipped and it has a big walk-in closest. Positives - good view, easy checkin, near all amenities ( some walk needed). Negatives - WiFi, washing machine/ detergent not there , nearby construction, poor response from vacasa and view is not of the full Bay as you may get an impression before booking.

Seattle waterfront

Great property but the HOA required some paperwork and the property owners were terrible at getting that to me and filled. I sent in the forms four times and ended up having to call several times before I got it all worked out. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Great location and great views

We spent a few nights at this property as a family. The property itself is great. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The fitness room and hot tub were nice, but require you to turn in all of your keys to get a different key to get in, which at times was inconvenient if the rest of the family wanted to do something else. it's also inconvenient if the front desk person goes on break when you want to return your keys (happened twice during our stay). I'd also recommend asking for extra bath towels, kitchen towels/washcloths and paper towels if staying at the property. Overall great, these were just a couple things that could've made the stay even better.

Nice place but hard to deal with Vacasa.

We got there and wouldn’t be allowed into the property to deal with the lack of paper work. So we waited on the streets sidewalk for about 30-45 minutes in the hot sun with our luggage. The front desk was waiting for paper work that was being sent over by Vacasa. They could have let us wait inside the lobby. But no. On initial arrival into the condo it looked clean. We booked the condo for 5 people but it was set up for 2. We had to go buy our own bath towels from Target. We reported it but never heard back. There were no dish towels or paper towels. Good thing there was toilet paper! There was no bath soap. Only shampoo. Some of the pillows had blood stains. Or some kind of stain. We were not comfortable because I was not sure if the linens were washed. We had to grab some from the closets and they were were all just thrown in there. We loved the location. Despite all the construction around it. Water pressure was strong. Never ran out of hot water. AC was good. Little balcony was nice. However I think we will choose hotel next time. With all the different taxes and fees. It doubled the cost of the rental. Not sure if there was any value there.

This property is managed by Vacasa. The unit was an immense disappointment.

The unit had no Wi-fi, there were electrical issues with the fireplace fan, cabinets came apart upon opening, and there were few amenities, such as dish towels in the kitchen. background check necessary to stay in the unit is ridiculous and Vacasa didn't indicate it was necessary until it was too late to cancel.

Location is perfect for nearby attraction and activities , close to Pike Place market action.

Nice location, close to everything, we didn't rent a car, instead was able to walk or took short uber to any of major attractions. We requested early checking and Vacasa company rep acknowledged that and confirmed that there is no one staying a day before so it should be avail a little earlier but to our surprise when we got there by 11 am was told unit was occupied and we had luggage bags with us and was told we cant even keep that at reception and we were not allowed on property before 4pm which was bit of inconvenience as we had to find luggage storage facility and come back later 4pm. Unit is good has all kitchen amenities, one sofa bed and one queen bed for sleep. There was some construction going on at the roof as some noise would come each night from the roof which was bit annoying. I would rent this place just coz of its location.
