3. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The Condo was the perfect place to enjoy the beach for a week! We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony and also just sitting out there at night watching and listening to the ocean waves.

pool was amazing. I could never find the indoor pool though. whirlpool was fun!AC was loud, but I finally left the fan on and that helped.

Nice place and close to the beach. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, our son (12) slept on the pull away bed. View and amenities were nice and we used all the resources at all the resorts. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and complex, as well as the beach. The balcony was roomy and a perfect furniture set up. Fully equipped kitchen mer all our needs.

Great Getaway!

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for your family with ease and convenience!

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

We had the greatest time, the views are immaculate, it’s close to everything you can think of to do/eat, and the kitchen had every thing we needed to cook a good meal and sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean

We love the area, but the condo did not meet our expectations at all. The appliances are dated, the dishwasher exterior was missing pieces and rusted. The furniture had stains and was just disgusting, as well as the washer and dryer being dated the air conditioner system was very loud. The bathroom shower ceiling area had mildew. It was a bad experience to say the least.

Reset Time

Condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Balcony was also a favorite! We loved sitting on the beach with our toes in the sand and waves swirling around our chairs. Definitely achieved our goal to reset and rejuvenate.

Spring break

We did not even have to talk to the property manager:) Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate, fully socked (even to bake cookies:), close to anything needed, beautiful beach view, ammenities ❤️ (2 indoor pools - heated, outdoor pools - 1 heated, gym, and do on). We will be staying with Phoenix again.

The Phoenix was awesome!

Everything was perfect except new personal forgot to give us our access braclets and the sheets smelt like they had been washed in bleach...room was very clean and extra nice..

Great except for beds

We would have given this property a five but the mattress were not comfortable and the sheets were old and balled up. Otherwise a great stay. Very convenient and close to everything.

Stay was great. The only issue was the bed. It needs to have a new mattress and especially sheets. Battle to keep fitted sheet on. Everything else at condo was great!! Location couldn’t be beat
