Una de las mejores unidades 1br en Phoenix V !!



Este piso Phoenix V es uno de los mejores en la playa! Ideal para una pareja con una pequeña familia. Hay un montón de actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzis, pistas de tenis, cancha de baloncesto y una piscina exterior. Tres pistas de tenis le esperan fuera. Hay incluso un área de mirador agradable para relajarse mientras se encuentra bajo barbacoa-ción.



Venga a relajarse en el amplio balcón con impresionantes vistas del Golfo o de dormir en la cama grande del rey en el maestro. Además, hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Estamos convenientemente ubicado al lado de restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles y no muy lejos de los centros comerciales.



Nuestro apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado con nuevas encimeras de granito, nuevos gabinetes, muebles nuevos sala de estar y azulejos en todo. Creemos que es único en su clase en Phoenix V !!



Nuestro apartamento está situado en el centro del edificio en la 6ª planta, no un paseo lejos de los ascensores. cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave por lo que no tiene que mantenerse al día con las teclas durante su estancia !! Envíame un correo electrónico y preguntar acerca de los muchos descuentos. En general, esta unidad tendrá un precio menor que el de la empresa de gestión del sitio. También tenemos dos 2br y otra unidad 1BR en la misma planta en caso de necesitar más de un condominio!

Sus hijos son ahora capaces de disfrutar de un nuevo 1300 sq. Ft. Pirata del Caribe Inspirado plataforma de splash abajo, junto a la piscina. La zona se compone de un Sloop pirata y Proa con Slant Jets y cañones de agua, una diapositiva Barco varado en húmedo, una palmera con plátanos vertimiento de agua, así como un pequeño aerosol de la flor del tulipán. Se pueden ver fotos del Parque del Agua colocados al final de la presentación de diapositivas condominio. Es seguro mantener sus pequeños Bucketheads ocupado durante sus vacaciones.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, son una tarifa única de $ 28 por vehículo.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

Asked about an early check-in when I rented but didn’t get one.The condo was clean and the only thing I went to iron some clothes and no Iron. I did call but couldn’t get anyone. My stay was good and the weather was great.

Great location

The condo is fine. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. The condo has everything you need. The building is in need of updates and better maintenance. The pool was closed for most of our week. There was only one working elevator out of 4 so wait times are extremwly long.

Very, very outdated! The shower was completely stopped up and would not drain. The toilet needs to be properly secured to the ground. The bed was horrible. The splash pad did not work for two days we were there.

Fantastic stay

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.

Very dated

This room was very dated. Worn out furniture, Mattress and dirty painted cabinets. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet rocked back and forth. The mattress was hard and had box springs hanging out of the comforter. How tacky!!The room itself was dirty. I wouldn’t dare eat out of the kitchen, there were crumbs in all the drawers. The pot holders had crusted food on them for example. I expected more for the money. Especially the cleaning fees I paid. The building itself was fine except for the elevators. Long waits to go anywhere.

A well equipped condo

Kitchen well supplied, comfortable king bed, comfortable balcony furniture, and reliable internet service. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs. Nice indoor hot tubs and a wonderful dry sauna. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a condo or hotel complex. Bathroom could use remodeling and we had trouble getting tv reception during the second half of the week - not sure what happened. Would stay here again because the furniture was all comfortable and the overall building is well equipped and appears to be well run.

The condo was great but the couch and Love seat needs to be replace. We sat in the condo a lot and it was not comfortable. The bed hurt our backs. Sorry to be so negative but it is the truth. Our towels had holes in some of them but we still used them.

Anyone that had to wait for them said the same thing we were thinking. For having 4 of them we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for one to be available.The pullout bed was not good at all. If you are planning on using it bring extra blankets for padding. Other than those two things everything was great. The view was amazing.

Relaxing beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.
