Hike, fish, hunt, or cruise the NEW Rt-66 Rail Trail just 2 minutes away…then return to your private firepit to stargaze and unwind.

Inside, enjoy modern comforts with rustic charm: a brand-new luxury queen mattress, full-sized tiled shower, fully equipped kitchen, large futon, and spacious living room with scenic woodland views. Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi and stream your favorites on the big screen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

For outdoor living, it’s loaded with its own private hot tub patio! Firepit, cast-iron skillet, grill grate, and seating + access to a communal pavilion for group gatherings. Pets welcome so bring your four-legged friends along for the adventure.

Enjoyed our stay everything was clean and tidy the only thing we were disappointed about was the location didn’t realize that it was basically in someone’s backyard and really didn’t have a lot of woods other than behind us, but overall, it was a nice couple days as we’ve been to cooks for us quite a few times

The cabin was quiet and clean. It was a peaceful weekend stay and my partner and I enjoyed the down time. The hot tub is a perfect fit for two, and being by the woods is wonderful. Also, the sheets are so soft.There are some great hikes very close to town.

The cabin was adorable. It was so cozy and exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries for the holidays. The owners are above and beyind amazing, Johnny came out all on his own after work in the freezing cold to make sure that the hot tub was going to be good for us! The whole place shows how much they care about their guests and we are definitely going to visit again!

Very cozy, well decorated cottage. The host answered immediately when I had a couple of questions. The hot tub was very warm and relaxing, but I was surprised that it didn't have jets. Good for 2 people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin had everything we needed. The location was great for visiting Cooks Forest State Park and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is very cute. The only problem I had with it was it does not have a true hot tub. It is a literal galvanized heated tub. Cute idea but it was not what I was expecting. It was not a jetted hot tub. I felt mislead. It would have been more like sitting in a bathtub outside. We did not use that feature. Other than that it was a nice place.

Mother daughter road trip

Brittany was a very good host. We stayed in one of her lovely cabins. Brittany went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The gigantic Sasquatch on the property as well as the axe throwing made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything in the cabin was provided from shampoo to a multiple spice rack. The property was beautiful and well maintained.

Cute little cabin near Cooks Forest

Loved the proximity to Cooks Forest. There’s a nice brewery nearby as well. The cabin had cute touches and a fairly well equipped kitchen, however the interior doors do not stay closed themselves. Also it’s close to alumber mill that is a bit noisy.

The property has been recently renovated and is loaded with amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. We’re excited to share this space with you!

Note: A local sawmill operates nearby and may occasionally be heard Monday through Friday. We’ve adjusted pricing on those days to reflect that possibility, ensuring you still get great value for your stay.
