Welcome to Keauhou Punahele, A301! Located in Keauhou with great views of the golf course and the ocean. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has an open layout of the living area and lanai. Amenities include televisions, high-speed internet, and more.

Enjoy your stay in Kona in this beautiful panoramic-view condo. As you enter the unit, you are greeted by 14-foot open beam ceilings and a wall of glass that look West past a golf course to the ocean. Enjoy the sunset on the large lanai, with nearby trees attracting island birds and their unique songs. Recently renovated, this condo offers a gourmet kitchen, lovely mango wood dining table, and an open floor plan with a large screen television. Located just a few minutes' walk from the Kona Country Club Golf Course and a short walk to Keauhou Bay, this is an excellent location to explore the countless gems of the Big Island.

The primary bedroom has high ceilings, a California King bed, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The downstairs guest bedroom has a high ceiling, two twin beds with a bathroom just across the hall. The upstairs, open loft bedroom area has two twin beds and an additional private guest bathroom. Both sets of twin beds can be converted to King upon request.

Fully relax in the condo or at the complex pool and hot tub, or explore the Big Island's black and green sand beaches, volcanoes, and gorgeous coast. Aloha awaits!

Please note:

This home does not have air conditioning but has ceiling and portable fans throughout.
There is traffic noise from the road adjacent to the unit.
There is no elevator for this unit. One flight of stairs is required to get to this top-view unit.
There is a railing in the loft area and is not suitable for young kids unless supervised.
This property does not allow any floats, pool toys, jumping, diving, or splashing. It is a quiet pool, and all children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Babies and toddlers need to wear swim diapers.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The pool will be closed from May 5th, 2025 - May 19th, 2025 for resurfacing until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The condo was very nicely appointed with a great view. It was very clean. The location is excellent with the exception of road noise. It was so close to a major intersection that it was very loud at times.

Rented this unit for 2 weeks in December 2025. Perfect for our 4 person family. Location was great and the unit was walking distance to the marina, access to a swimming beach, grocery stores and the Outrigger Hotel. The Unit, Grounds and Pool area where all well kept and overall this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property with beautiful views! Very clean and well kept. The rental had everything needed for a beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards… it made our stay really enjoyable as we were well prepared to enjoy the many beaches nearby! Would highly recommended and would love to come back :)

This property is exactly what we had hoped for. It had all the essentials for a traveler. I appreciated the location from nearby attractions. The check in process was easy. Parking spot was easily accessible. I would stay here again.

Highly Recommend

We enjoyed this rental and felt it was in a great location, close to shopping yet, far from the congestion. Lack of A/C was not an issue (our stay was Jan). We enjoyed the pool,hot tub, and the view of the golf cource and ocean.

Should be a 55+ rental

My family stayed over Christmas for 2 weeks. The condo was lovely and the grounds were very well kept. However the rules for the pool and grass area are not welcoming to families and the permanent residents do not like the tourists or children. This place should be rented as an adult only.

Beautiful view, but...

The view could; not be beat! However, there was no AC, so windows had to be open. One room could not open the windows because a screen was ripped. Another room had no window to open. Very hot and stuffy for sleeping. Maybe worse was the road noise outside the condo. It sits at a corner of a busy road at an intersection.. Very noisy all day and night.

Several rules regarding “quiet spaces” and “quiet times.” Totally understand not wanting spring break all the time, but a rule regarding no “Marco polo” in a pool is a little silly. Also, definitely be prepared for flying ants!

Pleasant Stay!

Aloha! If you’re traveling with a party of five, this place is for you! Great use of space in the loft area and second bedroom. This property is perfectly located from the main attractions in the area. This property had a lot of pros and a few cons. Some of the cons were the pest issues and the other was the no full AC unit (which we knew would prob happen) but it did get hot in the unit despite our continuance air flow. So if you’re not used to it, this unit is not for you. Another con for us was the power surge protector breaking off too many times. But when we figured it out, we just kept turning it back on. Nonetheless, should we return to Hawaii, this would be a unit of my consideration. The management staff were always available and so attentive, which is super, super bonus for me! Kudos to them for the alertness and prompt response; mahalo for that. Hope this helps my fellow bookers. Aloha!

Aloha! We thank you for your feedback. We are working on the pest control with the HOA. With the hot weather in Hawaii the bugs come out more often but we do our best to keep them under control. Wanted to love, but disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On face value, the quality and amenities of this condo were great. Super clean, fully equipped, lots of stuff for the beach. Close to road that is noisy, but we still thought value was good. However the reliability was the key issue and why we wouldn’t stay again. Wi-Fi didn’t work despite our efforts to reach out for a fix. Dryer was finicky. On the last day we lost all water and we were switched to a different condo. While we understood this was out of the managements control, it was a lot of effort to move, the replacement condo was not as nice and was hot with less fans. We then discovered the dryer in this unit did not work at all and ended up making trips back to the previous condo at 5 am before our flight out to try to dry clothes (in the finicky dryer!) that we had washed. It was a poor ending to our time in Kona and efforts to reach out to management to make it right were unanswered. This was our third condo in Kona to have mechanical issues that required a changeOf plans which leaves us feeling like the maintenance/management in this area may be unreliable.

Loved this place, lack of air-conditioning was a real downfall and a tad heavy on rules and restrictions but overall we had a really great time, great place to relax and watch the sunsets!

Great condo with beautiful views!

Wonderful time staying here. The extra loft bedroom was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the lanai and the quick walk to the bay. We were able to quickly get to our snorkeling and manta ray trips just by walking down the street!
