Pineland Place is a newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1850 square foot house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out..all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. There is a fully enclosed back yard and laundry room.

This place served our needs very well! The beds were really comfortable and the house was clean, easy to use and in a good neighborhood close to everything we needed. The only minor issues were that the fence had slats missing in a couple spots so not totally secure if traveling with a pet and the landscaper came and used a leaf blower at 7am around the back and front yards. But he was very friendly. But we would totally come back and stay here again! Great place!

Beautiful Home, continently located

This home is clean and inviting. It had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, towels, etc. Located close to restaurants, shopping, and freeways. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

The house is very nice with new and updated appliances. Big rooms with lots of space. It just needs a good cleaning. The backyard and deck need some work to be usable. The location is great, close to everything.

Great house

The house was amazing! Perfect for our stay and visiting with family. Only unfortunate thing was the extremely rude neighbor that had an issue with the toddlers running around playing.

Great Location

A few minor things were missing such as no paper towels but all in all, a good quiet neighborhood yet still very close to the freeways and restaurants.

Very comfortable

Infant and senior citizen approved. The neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors were very pleasant. Everything was spotless, beds and couch were very comfortable. The whole family had a great time.

Wedding

Stayed here with family to attend a friends wedding. The house was clean and spacious and allowed us to spend time together, cook a few meals, and relax… we would stay again.

Love love love this house and really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time in Redding. This home is well equipped with everything! When you walk in it looks like a model home. The bed was very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Owner is very responsive . We will be returning soon! Thank you for everything Tiffany

Pineland Place

Bright open property. Can tell it was renovated. Open kitchen that allowed us to spend time together as a family instead of going out to eat. We made meals and was very comfortable. Close to everything because we went to several stores in the area during our stay. The only concern is the hall shower head was leaking and we didn't reach out to the owner to let them know but I'm sure they would have addressed if we did. We would definitely stay here again when we're back in Redding.

Very clean home with large gathering area and cozy beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. We will be staying here again when we come back to visit.

Great Property & Host

We stayed at this great property for a family vacation. The house was clean, well equipped with modern/new appliances and equipment, and stocked with all the amenities. We all had a great time. We had to extend our stay by a day and the host was gracious enough to honor the extension. There are several good restaurants and stores located close to the property. I will consider staying again at this property for my next visit to the area.

Excellent home rental

4 senior women playing in a 2-day golf tournament enjoyed our stay at this home. Layout was perfect - 3 bedrooms (4 beds), large kitchen with more than adequate supplies, TVs in all bedrooms plus living room, nice bar for "happy hour", close to restaurants and shopping. Only very minor suggestions - add a chair or luggage holder in bedrooms and, perhaps, some kleenix in the bathrooms. Otherwise, we were super satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Nice up to date house

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. Had a few things go wrong but the owner of the home was quick to respond and make things right. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay at this property again.
