Enjoy all that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer in this comfortable fully furnished home located in South Buck Creek Cove (8mm) near Laurie, MO.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 10. Enjoy grilling on the spacious deck, swimming and fishing right from the fantastic dock! Close to many restaurants and micro brewery by water or land. In addition to the spacious bedrooms this home includes a loft area with 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Bath towels and travel size toiletries provided.
Take in the view on the large deck while grilling with plenty of outdoor seating. We provide a large Weber gas grill and Blackstone griddle. Enjoy the fire pit in the evenings on the additional lakeside martini deck. Firewood not provided. South Buck Creek Cove is a large popular family friendly deep water cove. Our Brand New Private Dock has an additional 24 x12 covered slip for your boat as well as 2 available lifts for wave runners. The dock features a large swimming area with easy in and out wet steps. Enjoy the use of 2 kayaks, a paddle board and floating swim pad. Available for use on the dock is a mounted 65” tv and plenty of table space. Perfect setting for your family vacation! Close to Indian Rock golf course, movie theater, groceries stores and restaurants. Nearby hot spots include Shady Gators, Tap n Grill, Millstone Marina and Ozarks International Raceway.

**Security camera disclosure: We follow VRBO’s policy on surveillance devices used for security purposes on this property. There are two surveillance devices. One is located on the outside of the home facing the driveway and the other is located outside off of the deck facing the dock.

**Please note if you plan to bring a boat to the lake, DO NOT bring your boat to the house. Crescent drive is steep narrow driveway with a dead end turn around. We recommend that you locate a public or private boat launch and parking prior to your arrival.

Great house!!Fantastic dock and cove, we were barely out of the water!!Quiet, great swimming, comfy beds, and the interior space was perfect!LOVED the Buck House 6 adults (7 for part of the stay).

Great lake house in a great cove!

Place was as advertised and the new dock is awesome. The cove is one of the best at the lake.

We really enjoyed the house and location.

We really enjoyed the house and location. Was not as much traffic on the water which made it better for swimming. The host has plenty of extras to use to stay busy and we were thankful for that. We would stay here again.

This place is amazing

Everything was great at this house. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, bowls, the propane tanks were full, plenty of fridge space, close to anything extra you may need to pick up, parking was good for our big vehicles, and the dock was our favorite space. During our stay it ended up raining for about 3 hours, we took the kids down to the dock and fished the whole time.

Cute house in an amazing cove! The dock was great and large enough for our family of 10. Spectacular windows overlooking the lake!! Only downfall was the house does not comfortably sleep 10 adults. Would be more ideal for 6 adults and 4 kids.

Amazing lake front stay

We loved our stay at Rick’s place! It’s the perfect lake front house with amazing views. We had a blast playing on the lily pad and hanging out on the deck. We did visit during a storm where the power went out for about an hour, but Rick kept us updated the whole time, and we still had a blast hanging out on the AMAZING dock - thank you again! We’ll definitely be back next year.

weekend getaway

The House was very nice just like the pictures. It was close to town if you needed anything from the grocery store. we did bring our boats but we also enjoyed swimming off the dock and all the water toys when we weren't out on the big lake, would stay again.

Annual lake trip

This property is a very nice place to stay. We had a few bumps come our way because of the weather but the manager worked them all out. The dock is very nice and getting to use the lily pad was great.Its a very fun cove to be in on the weekend.

Wonderful

We loved everything. The house is beautiful and cozy. The dock was awesome with lots to do kayaks, paddle board, Lilly pad. The kids loved it. Very easy check in and check out. The cove was awesome although Saturday a little busier with boat and jet ski traffic, but over all not bad. We would stay here again.

Lake Trip

This house was awesome and in a great location. The cove was quiet with perfect water. The dock has everything you need from saddle floats to a lily pad to float on. There is a bar to sit at on the dock with a TV to watch. We will definitely be back to The Buck House.

Fun family summer vacay home!

We had an awesome time at this lake house. We could spend all day on the dock - swimming, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. This is one of the better coves we have stayed in. The kids loved the loft area in the house. The communication with the property manager was quick and super friendly. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you!

Family vacation

Perfect family vacation. House was clean and roomy. Was great having a washer and dryer available. The dock and water toys kept our teenagers busy all week. They also loved the outdoor television. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days from Bombay Boat Rentals. Short drive to town for groceries or forgotten items. We were very happy with our stay.

Amazing vacation home

Just returned from 5 nights at the Buck House. House was clean and had all the features you'd expect. Water toys were a plus for everyone to enjoy. Fishing was amazing, water temp perfect. We were able to rent a boat and leave by our own dock. Location at the end of an inlet was perfect. Not to much water traffic and peaceful especially in the evenings. Gravel road going down to the house was a little sketchy but figured it out after a few trips. Only wish the backyard was more flat as we couldn't do any yard games due to the grade of the lawn. Rick was available as needed. Overall an incredible place to enjoy the outdoors, water and sunshine! Thanks Rick for sharing your home. Amazing memories were made.

Amazing Dock, quiet cove

We brought friends from New Hampshire with us to the lake. The house was roomy- comfortably slept 7 of us- all adults, the beds were very comfortable, the house is well maintained and clean and well stocked with bath towels. I can be picky and couldn’t find anything to complain about! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, etc. We used the gas grill and black stone when we cooked at home. The dock is amazing and the owner generously allows use of their Lilly pad and floating devices. We spent the majority of our days hanging out on the dock and in the water. The surrounding town is small but there are several restaurants and lake side places like Frankie and Louie’s within a 10-15 min drive- or just a few minutes drive if you have a boat. We will definitely be back!!
