And don't worry about going downstairs for drinks, this 3rd floor level of the home also has a great wet bar - perfect for entertaining - with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave! There are two spacious bedrooms off the hallway; one with two full size beds with single bed pull out and another with a queen-sized bed and tv. Both rooms share a full-sized bath with a shower/tub. The game room also has a pull out bed in the couch.

Downstairs, on the first floor, is the living level of the home. Every cook will enjoy the beautiful kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and trash compactor. Both the kitchen and dining room have combined seating for 12 people. From both rooms you can enjoy the rock-faced fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is a great lake-view bedroom with a king-sized bed, tv and hall bath with walk in shower. And access to the laundry room with extra storage for coolers.

When you're not on the water, you'll enjoy visiting and relaxing with family in the stunning lakefront sun room with movie theater style seating, accent chairs and large flat screen smart TV. The perfect spot for morning coffee, reading and just reconnecting with friends.

This 4,000 square foot property is perfectly situated on a great lot with easy outside access to everything. Beyond the French doors of the sunroom is a good-sized patio with multiple seating areas with a gas and charcoal grill. A few steps down from the patio is a sloping sidewalk to a firepit with wood and huge private dock in a very calm cove of the lake. The dock and one slip is available for your use to bring your boat and one pwc parking space with drive on dock. The water is deep and perfect for all your fishing, swimming, boating and floating activities. There is Lake Shores marina less then a mile before you arrive to the house to put in your boat.

This property is just 20-25 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach - vi the community toll bridge. Also, the home is just minutes away from the towns of Sunrise Beach and Laurie for grocery shopping and from a public golf course. By water, we are less than a 10 minute boat ride from four of the hottest lakeside restaurant destinations - Frankie and Louie's, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and the H. Toad Complex.

The home is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, coffee makers, basic appliances and grills outside. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring your own beach towels, personal toiletries, coolers, camera, life jackets, etc.

The property does have cameras facing the garage and entry way outside as well as the dock area for security purposes. There is also a security system inside the home available for use should you desire.
