Things to Do in Wespunt and Nearby: There's lots to enjoy at our rural west end of the island -- diving, snorkeling, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, etc. Westpunt alone features six great eateries, from the famous Lodge Kura Hulanda and Sunshine's Sol Food where you'll find the island's best pizza, to the newest restaurant in town, Landhuis Misje. Just down the road, nature lovers will thrill to the 'roller-coaster' drive through Mt. Christoffel Park, home of Curacao's highest peak. There you'll enjoy sweeping panoramic views, prehistoric cave paintings, the ruins of an old colonial plantation houses, and lush bromeliads and rarely seen orchids -- if you time your visit right!
