Minutes from Magens Bay, gated property, large pool & outdoor entertainment area

Located on St. Thomas in the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands.

Villa Sol is only minutes away from Magens Bay (one of the top beaches in the world). We are also located near many great restaurants including Old Stone Farmhouse, Brooks Bar, RooT 42, and a cute little coffee shop, Northside Grind.

Come relax by one of the largest (40x12), heated, saltwater pools on the island. There are excellent outdoor entertainment areas with a built-in grill, outdoor sink, and outdoor shower.

The main level of the home has three bedrooms (king, queen suite, and two-twins) an additional bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas. We love waking up in the morning and enjoy the wonderful island trade winds with a cup of coffee on the covered patio off the living room.

The lower level is an independent unit which includes one king suite with dual-head shower, double sink, and large walk-in closet. It also has a full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer.

The property offers security monitored by a motion-censored Ring system and a driveway security gate for your peace of mind. We offer plenty of parking should you choose rent a vehicle while on the island. We also have solar power and a back-up generator to run the villa. No worries about those frequent power outages that occur on the island!

Three day stay in St. Thomas

Our group had a wonderful time at your home. The teens enjoyed the pool and watching the local iguanas eat the mangos that had fallen from the tree. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We appreciated having someone meet us to go over the house details. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property and beautiful home, clean and spacious. We loved the huge patio overlooking the trees to watch the iguanas sunbath. We spent evenings by or in the wonderful pool. Kind of like having your own piece of heaven. Nice kitchen space and great living room area for all 8 of us to have family time. Owners were great in communication and provided info about the area and restaurants suggestions. And Tarcia (greeter) was a delight... super friendly and very helpful making sure we have everything for our stay.

Taking a break

Breakfast everyday on the beautiful second story deck,lovely breeze.Birds,0rchids Iguana and an ocean view.Fabulous pool area my favorite…the outdoor shower.Great location 5 or six really nice beaches close by and a nice reasonable priced restaurant and coffee spot within walking distance

Christmas present gone right.

It was worth the long travel to get there. Tarcia was wonderful and always there when we needed to ask anything. It's such a beautiful place, perfect if you are traveling with family because the lower half gives you privacy. The upper half if for the family to get together if they want to. The pool is just for everybody. The villa is located in a great spot to see anything and everything. Thank you and we will be back!

Merry Christmas!

First time visiting St. Thomas, what a beautiful place to celebrate the holidays. St John was stunning as well.Had a few issues upon arriving at the Villa, but property manager & Amy resolved the issues fairly quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Coworkers/ Friends Trip

To start off the communication with the host(Amy) was GREAT and the Greeter (Tarcia) Very nice..... myself and 2 coworkers and 3 friends all vacation in this BEAUTIFUL home 12/24 for four days. Local food on the island was good, we also cooked in the home. The home is amazing. Definitely need a jeep or SUV

Great Family Spot

Plenty of space for everyone. Great pool with lots of toys and inflatables. Arranged for a yoga instructor and had a beautiful session for five of us on the upper deck. Yoga with an ocean view! Walking distance to Northside Grind coffee shop which has been a family favorite over the years. Steps to Stone Farmhouse Restaurant where the food and service were amazing. The home came well equipped overall. My husband and I stayed in the lower level and our young adult family members stayed above. Great setup as they could stay up later while still allowing us an earlier and quiet bedtime. Enjoyed hiking the nearby hike to Megan's Bay one morning. Also, the drive to Megan's is about a mile, super close. There is a super large mango tree near the pool which provides plenty of entertainment watching all the iguanas eat fallen fruit all day. We would stay here again.

Excellent views

Wonderful experience at this house, excellent views, private and quiet, lush foliage, clean and comfortable furnishings, large pool and nice outdoor space, and convenient to Magens bay beach. Tarcia the greeter was very thorough and responsive when maintenance issues cropped up. We appreciated her immediate attention. Upstairs unit equipped well. Downstairs unit not as well equipped. But we could run back and forth if needed. We would rent here again.

Wonderful welcome!

We had a great stay at Villa Sol! Tarcia was awesome greeting us and being flexible when we arrived. She had great info and was very welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to Magen's bay and having a quite place with a pool to come back too. Everything at the house was great, the kids didn't want to leave the pool! Definitely the best VRBO we've stayed in yet. The deck around the pool is wonderful and the pool is alot bigger than what the pictures show. To top it off the outdoor shower was great! The kids loved it. If you're thinking about booking a place on St. Thomas for family or even a couple, definitely book this place! I can't say it enough, this place really blew us away right from the start! We will definitely be back, with friends! Thank you for sharing your place with us and keeping is so nicely updated and clean.

ADA Family Vacation

We had my 90+ year old mother and a brother-in-law with walking/balance issues with us. Entry & navigation throughout the upper level was great for them. The upper level also had a low level entry into the shower so it was safe for them. We rolled up the hallway rug to remove the tripping hazard. If you are looking for a rental that can accommodate ADA needs this is the site for you. (I'm not sure how a wheelchair would work but I'm sure you could chat with the property owners if you need hallway and bathroom dimensions.) We immensely enjoyed the properties outdoor living areas & the view. We also enjoyed seeing the geckos, iguanas, birds, and flowers/trees. It was located close to good restaurants & Magnes Bay was gorgeous a gorgeous beach with lots of picnic tables, a restroom & changing facility. The property is located close to everything we wanted to see & do so if you want to avoid the resort type atmosphere this is a quiet secluded choice. We had a rental car so we could come & go as we pleased. I'm not sure how it would work out if you used taxis although the entire island is accommodating to guests. Our greeter was warm & friendly. She answered all of our questions and was quick to respond to my requests/questions.

Awesome place

Amazing property, pictures don't do it justice. Very close to Magen beach, our favorite beach on St Thomas. Lots of food places nearby. Pool area is very nice. House has everything you need AC, grill, outside dining, ice maker, very comfy beds, etc. Amy was extremely easy to get in contact with and answered any question we had immediately. Tarcia the greeter was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

We are three couples from Minnesota who fell in love with St. Thomas. We began looking for a property that we could bring our families to and enjoy for years to come. Our dream finally became a reality when we purchased Villa Sol. We hope that you love the island and our home as much as we do.

We fell in love with the pool and deck at Villa Sol. We enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying the trade winds and beautiful tropical weather. While there are many beautiful beaches on the island, Magens Bay is our favorite, which is another reason we love this location.

Villa Sol is conveniently located near restaurants, a cute little coffee shop, & an ice cream shop. We are only minutes away from Magens Bay, one of the top beaches in the world. Bring your snorkel gear and see turtles on most days. We also have one of the largest, private, saltwater pools on the island.
