Sea-batical enjoys front row views and easy beach access in a wonderful two-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with 2 beach front decks and 2 sunset decks. There is a lower-level deck off the main floor and upper-level decks off of the two bedrooms. King beds in both bedrooms plus non-sleeper sofa can sleep 5th guest Open concept first level contains living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a 4th bay view deck showcasing beautiful sunsets. Private walkover onto beach.

Located along middle beach, the salt grass dune is wide enough to provide separation from the beach yet low enough to not block your amazing ocean views.

The condo was amazing, it was everything we hoped it to be. The location was perfect, a few steps away from the sand. Everything was clean and well decorated. Communication with the host Matt was great, he replied very quickly and answered each, and every question that I had. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. We enjoyed every aspect of our 30 day stay. We will definitely stay at this location, next time we visit.

Overall a good stay - super easy access to the beach. Very comfy. Even the beds were good, which is rare to find.However: the doors only "locked" with pieces of wood to keep them closed, the stairs were uneven, there was a piece of wood on the porch that was broken, and there was no light in the living room, so it got a bit dark at night. The light was in the dining room, which was attached, but it didn't fully light the room.That said - we would stay there again. Just don't expect perfection.

A delight

Staying at this property is always a delight. Easy to get in touch with contact if needed, great location and clean property. Parking is easy and walkway to the beach is clutch. Will definitely be back again!

Great beach access!

It’s great being able to walk out the back door strait to the beach. The Nathan’s landing is great for drinking coffee in the morning.

Perfect location but needs some TLC

My family loved our stay here. It is the perfect location. Private walkout, nice view of beach while sitting outside and relaxing. The bedding is very comfortable, cute kitchen and dining and very comfortable living furniture. However the property is very old and needs improvements. The back porch light didn’t work making it difficult to do things and see at night. Some of the sheets smelled old like mildew, and we had to rewash every dish we used. It just felt like it hadn’t been used in a while. A based board in the kitchen kept falling off. Also the private deck needs gripping to help with when your feet and sandals get slippery. It used to have it and has all ripped off . So it really just could use someone coming in and doing repairs for the price. But the condo is adorable and great location. If taken the time to just inspect a few things… this would be perfect. We really enjoyed our weekend still.

The view and private walkway to the beach were our favorite parts! Great location with restaurants close and short drives to Galveston and Houston.

Great little weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for a nice little weekend getaway at the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach so we could walk back and forth to the beach as needed. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Nice view

We get in late that evening and the AC isn’t working of all things! I called the next morning they came out within a reasonable time. Took a few hours to fix good thing it was cool enough outside to have the doors open. This place wasn’t as cute as I thought it would be. But modest. But the view was great!

Great Location!

Perfect beach spot. Private boardwalk. Affordable. It is an older home on the beach so expect what goes with that. Will definitely stay again for the location and ease. Perfectly chill weekend!

Great Labor Day Getaway!

The rental process was very easy. Parking was ample. It was quiet and not roudy with partiers which is a plus. The property was overall clean. Some obvious wear and tear, nothing fancy but it was cozy and welcoming. Can't beat the view and location at that price! The balconies to watch the sunrise & sunset were in itself worth a million dollars! The new walkover is wonderful but I would suggest putting some grips on the last part of the ramp going down to the beach it is VERY slippery. Wifi worked great.Overall we loved the place & would stay there again for sure..We had a wonderful time! Cons: The water smell coming from the faucets was awful.

We enjoyed the house except we could not use the washer and dryer because there was a short in the downstairs lights which is all connected to the same fuse which also meant we had no lights downstairs for 4 of our 7 night stay. The management company could not get it fixed until Monday and we were leaving. The new walkover is wonderful but I would suggest putting something on the ramp down to the beach it is VERY slippery.
