Explore the trails, indulge in activities like hiking, dog walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and birdwatching. As our valued guest, you can freely enjoy the provided bicycles, kayaks, and fishing gear throughout your stay.

Inside the cabin, you'll find an open-concept studio-style layout featuring a queen bed and a full-size futon couch. Ideal for two guests, it can comfortably accommodate up to four individuals. The cabin boasts a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a back deck overlooking the woods, and a cozy propane fireplace. Enjoy the comforts of free Wi-Fi and ROKU TV, and a fully stocked coffee area complete with a regular and Keurig machine.

Outdoor enthusiasts will relish the array of activities at their fingertips. We offer two fold-up kayaks with paddles and life jackets, two bicycles, fishing gear, a fire pit, and a gas grill. While you enjoy your own space, please be aware that there is large group property next door. The cabin provides easy access to all the attractions of Ephraim Village and Sister Bay, merely a one-minute drive or a scenic 10-minute walk to downtown.

Included in your stay are various amenities and supplies. We provide kids/baby supplies, pet supplies (as mentioned earlier), dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, cable TV, life jackets, helmets, towels, linens, and a selection of coffee, tea, sugar, and mini creamers.

Please note that certain items and services are not provided, such as firewood, monitoring of gas tanks for the grill, and on-site laundry facilities or dishwasher.

1. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with prior approval from management at a rate of $35 per dog per day. We kindly request no cats due to allergic family members.

2. A security deposit of $500 is required. You will receive an email after booking to provide your information. This deposit serves as a hold, not a deduction from your account. It is placed one day before your arrival and released following your stay if there are no damages to the property and the house rules are adhered to.

3. We do not offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

4. While the Wi-Fi generally provides fast and reliable service, occasional spottiness may occur due to the rural location.

5. We strictly enforce occupancy limits and do not allow unauthorized guests. We apologize for any inconvenience, but no exceptions can be made.

6. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this advertisement, errors may occur. We strive to keep all information current and precise. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond the homeowner's control may arise. In such cases, the homeowner will make every effort to resolve them but cannot be held liable.

7. Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.
