Located one block from your private beach, this house and area includes excellent restaurants, local shopping, close to Point Pleasant & Seaside Boardwalks, Central Air, Heat and a Washer and Dryer. Private deck with retractable awning.

There are 4 bedrooms. This home sleeps 12 comfortably.
- 1st bedroom / First Floor / 1 queen bed, and an ensuite full bathroom

- 3rd bedroom / Second Floor / 1 queen bed
- 4th bedroom / Second Floor / 2 double beds and 1 futon (SmartTV)
- Three full bathrooms: 1st floor has two full baths with standing showers, 2nd floor has one full bath with standing shower.

- Guests must provide their own toiletries and linens (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, etc), their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) and their own cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, windex, Lysol, etc).

Home is located on a dead-end street for the kids.

Please respect our neighbors. This is a Family Community. You must be 25 and over to rent. No groups. No parties. No noise. No underage groups or drinking. No pools on the property.

- Just steps away from the boardwalk - great for walking/jogging/biking etc. As a guest of OBSC1, you will be provided with 8 beach badges, granting you access to the beach as well as OBSC1 social events and activities. If your group exceeds 8 people, you will need to purchase additional guest daily badges at the booth.

The pre-purchased badges will be under your name and can be picked up at the booth located at the center dune crossover (end of E Channel Way and Ocean Road). The rental fee is $195 per week is included in the rental price.
