This lovely townhome is a 4 bed/3 bath located on the border of Hoover/Vestavia at end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking & privacy. Long-term rental option available. Central to shopping (Galleria and Summit) Colleges (UAB, Samford, BSC) and RTJ Golfing! Only 10 minutes from the Hoover Met Stadium, home of the SEC Baseball Tournament. 1st floor King Master with large master bath. Upstairs 3bedrooms/bathroom. Close to most Bham wedding venues. A private lower level with a separate secured entrance is currently being rented by travel healthcare professional.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, spacious and very comfortable. My wife and I loved the oversized master bedroom and bathroom that also has an enormous closet. The listing is very accurate but pictures don’t do the home justice, since comfort is an experience that an image can’t capture. The location was convenient enabling us to attend several events in the area with very manageable distances. Btw, Birmingham is delightful, especially the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Many thanks to our hosts for providing wonderful accommodations.

We had a wonderful experience at this homestay! The home is very clean and well stocked! Practically everything you need is in the home. The hosts have really thought of how to make it an easy and pleasant stay. They have great instructions and they provide prompt and friendly communication! The home was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Good for baseball families

Two baseball families stayed here for our tournament. The house & location fit all of our needs. Close & convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Host was very responsible. Nice, clean neighborhood.

Beautiful stay for my father’s milestone birthday in Birmingham

As someone who grew up Birmingham, I knew this location would be great. But the house is phenomenal! Definitely more than what you would expect from the outside. I can’t give enough compliments for this house and the hosts. It was child-friendly, toddler-approved, and young professional approved. LOL. Even my discerning aunt from Europe came to visit & was in awe of the finishes & details. The photos are accurate, the hosts are readily available for communication, and the location is great for events around the Birmingham metro area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and Comfortable Stay

The townhouse was just as described. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children with a living room, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The beds were also comfortable. It's in a great location close to shopping and restaurants while having an "in the woods" feel. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Birmingham.

Good location for our event

We came to Birmingham for a family wedding. The location was ideal for the activities we attended. The condo was near an interstate, but the noise didn’t keep us from sleeping. Tami was quick to respond to an issue we had. Thanks Tami, we enjoyed our weekend.

Fantastic stay!

Had a great time making memories in a beautiful place! All 7 of us were comfy and cozy! We shared family meals at home between excursions and had all the amenities we needed! Perfect place!

Golf Trip

The house was great.. Fact is - the pictures didn't do justice to the house. We were on a golf trip and the house was within 20 minutes of 3 RTJ's courses. Our host was available to answer questions and gave us list of great restaurants.Would we go back? Absolutely!

Baseball Spring Break Trip

This house was perfect for our family visiting Hoover for a High School Baseball trip. It was 15-20 minutes from the locations the boys played. The house was super clean, check in was easy. The owners were incredibly responsive with our questions about the area. Great recommendations on places to eat! Thanks! If we are ever back in the area we’ll be sure to see if this place is available for our stay!

Everything nice. A little close to interstate so i would recommend putting sound machines in bedrooms to offset the noise at night but other than that great stay.

In town for baseball

Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Able to cook breakfast in the morning before games. Not far from Hoover Met Complex. Would stay here again

A perfectly located property just south of Birmingham proper and the RTJ Trail.

We were there for golf, a concert, and a relaxing getaway, it was a perfect place for all three. Its located in a very relaxing setting, yet not that far from retail business. It will be my choice again when I return.

Perfect Place

Our daughter got married at Aldridge Gardens so between our family and my brother's family and other friends we rented 3 condos which was perfect location for the wedding weekend. The owners are the best, great communication and we highly recommend. We've already recommended to friends who have kids @ Samford for when they come to town for visit or even graduation.

We stayed at this house during a visit to Birmingham, and it was just the right fit for our family. The master has a huge closet that can fit a pack n play - a huge bonus for those who travel with a baby :) Overall great!!

Golf trip

The house was very nice. The living room kitchen and bathrooms were exceptional the upstairs bedrooms were nice. The only issue was the road noise from I65. But if you bring a noise machine or some ear buds the noise can be muffled out
