Vacation 25 days

House interior was just as it was pictured in online pics. Nicely decorated and clean. However, the backyard, which i picked for my small dog was Not as depicted in the picture of the yard. The only part that was real was the artificial turf which was nice for our dog, the rest of the yard and outdoor furniture needed much TLC. Was not in my opinion walkable and was in a "diverse" neighborhood. Don't need an alarm clock as the rooster and chickens in the next door neighbors back yard woke you up at 6am 7 days a week. We were out everyday and did not spend that much time there.

Boynton Beach Getaway

The property was clean, fairly well stocked with modern appliances/amenities - including a nice spice cabinet - (although we could have used more soap, dishwasher detergent, a toaster and a few other typical kitchen standard items), very convenient because it was close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, and very reasonably priced for South Florida in February. Beds were fairly comfortable but there was not much room in the bedrooms to unpack, with no dressers and just a semi closet in each room with limited space, very few electrical outlets, etc. The washer and dryer, air mattress, beach chairs, towels, and even beach toys were great and much appreciated. The owner was terrific, easy to communicate with, and was able to help with anything, including a shower head that suddenly needed to be repaired. The property seemed to have been flooded and there is substantial water damage to the floors, especially in the master bedroom area, and needs to be replaced. The layout and decor was nice but could use some touch ups - like curtain rods that need to be reattached to the walls, the backyard that needs work, etc. The master bath is very small, especially the shower, and the dispensers in both showers should probably be removed because they are broken, not filled, and get in the way in a very small shower space. The neighborhood is quiet except for the rooster next door that starts crowing at 4.a.m. Overall, it met our needs and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you!!

Clean and quiet for the most part.

The house was sufficient for our needs. The bathrooms were very small but functional. Neighborhood was quiet except for the neighbors checked in the early morning, it was noticeable but not terrible. Furniture could use a little update but other than that it was fine. Left my I pods there haven’t heard if they were found.

Great place and close to the beach

The property is in a working-class neighborhood that may give some people pause when navigating to the house, but it was super quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Great back yard. The only areas I can recommend for improvement are: get a new toaster. The one in the unit is broken and a fire hazard; provide dishwasher pellets/powder/liquid; more washcloths/towels; the electronic front door lock is difficult to operate when locking it from the inside. Thanks for making the property available. We had a nice stay.

Comfortable - but needs some updating

The home was spacious and comfortable. The A/C worked great! There were a few things that could be corrected/addressed; a couple curtain rods were barely hanging on the walls, one toilet ran almost consistently & there was water damage in the bedroom behind the kitchen so the bedroom door was very difficult to close. Also the back yard does not look like the photos, which was a shame because that was part of the reason I rented so that I could enjoy the back yard.

Exactly as advertised!!!

This wonderful home fit all of our needs. We loved that the host kept things like spices and plenty of trash bags to accommodate us. We will definitely be back to visit for fun and would love to stay there again!

Adorable house

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is all new and fully stocked with coffee. The bedrooms and baths were lovely. WiFi info provided was incorrect. That needs to be fixed! We had some issues with communication with the owner otherwise we would have rated this higher.

February getaway

My husband and I booked the house for a month because of it's location near grandchildren and the fact it was dog friendly. The fenced-in yard was great. The kitchen was adequately furnished for light meal prep. Our one complaint would be the matresses which could be updated.

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks. The one drawback is we like to walk in the neighborhood we stay but due to narrow streets, occasional fast cars and limited sidewalks, we couldn’t at this stay. Otherwise, we were happy

what a wonderful oasis

while the front of home is rather plain, the inside space is well laid out,clean, and very nice. then the back yard is such an oasis-a turf yard,beautiful plants, complete privacy. dogs and adults all enjoyed the amenities. unbeatable for price and location. highly recommend.

Cute, comfy, clean!

The house was super cozy. The beds/mattresses were great and everything was decorated so nicely. I loved the backyard. Only thing I would say is bathrooms are small, but otherwise a great place!

Charming

When we first drove to the neighborhood, we were a little skeptical about the location. But it was a very quiet and we really enjoyed the stay. The converted duplex was very clean and charmingly decorated. The backyard was also lovely, and we enjoyed breakfast out there in the mornings. I would highly recommend the home and the owner was quick to respond to all my questions.
