Cozy beach house

We had amazing time at nomad house. It has everything by description of beach house: surfs, buggy boards, umbrella, towels, chairs, bikes. Lovely front setting and backyard with barbecue. Perfect communication with Taylor. Love our stay and definitely will be back.

Cutest beach house. Located a block from the beach. Taylor, the host, is amazing and so responsive. Our family (of 4) had an amazing time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location and host!

We stayed during an unseasonably cold weekend and the warmth of the folks at Nomad and the coziness of the home made for an excellent trip! Comfortable beds, great amenities, convenient location! We loved eating outdoors at the patio table, borrowing the beach gear, and popping over to Nomad for gear.

Stayed with husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 21 month old granddaughter. Roomy house, lovely shaded yard, and short walk to fabulous beach! Will come back!

great experience

This is a really great place to stay. The house is in the best location. The beach is literally down the street and the neighborhood is fun and eclectic. Everything you need is there or near by and is very new and clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Loved it, can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I had a great time at the Nomad Beach House! Super clean, remodeled, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. Literally a 2 minute walk and you’re sitting on the beach. The owners are just fantastic. Very responsive and super friendly, and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy. We will definitely be returning, and may just make it an annual trip!

Spring Break 2023

We had an incredible spring break at the Nomad Beach house. The location is perfect, the house is great and the host is amazing. The house has everything you need, and the surf boards were a huge bonus. Our kids loved learning to ride, and spent every day, all day out on the boards.

Quaint and Relaxing South Florida Beach House

Taylor and Ryan are fantastic hosts. Their beach house is VERY well cared for and was spotless when we checked in. The vibe they have created is incredibly relaxing. Everything we needed to enjoy a few day getaway was there. The location is perfect, being only a short minute walk to a beautiful beach. I cannot say enough great things. Truly a hidden gem of a vacation home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ryan and Taylor again for letting us enjoy your home!

Slice of Paradise Where The Locals Make You Feel Like Family

What a spot! If you’re even remotely interested in surfing, there’s no better place to stay. The local neighborhood is a rare gem, and the Nomad Surf Shop community are some of the kindest people around. The pictures accurately depict the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere of the home. You have to experience the Nomad Beach House. It’s not just a place to stay - it’s a place to rest and recharge with your friends and family. My wife and I and our 3 kids (ages 5 - 9) will definitely be back. We’ve already planning our anniversary trip here (with no kids). 5 Stars! Highly recommend!!

Perfect place!

Managed by warm and accommodating hosts, in a community that’s equally welcoming, you really can’t find a better spot if you’re looking for a Florida experience beach vacation. The house itself is adorable: well furnished, comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, super clean, and freshly renovated. The walk to the beach was 2 mins tops and the convenience of being able to walk right into the deli or Nomad was much appreciated. The house and shed were stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and anything you might need for a day at the beach. We also had an open invite to borrow surf boards from Nomad, which we’d love to do when our kids are a little older. We’ve been coming to the Briny Breezes area for decades, and will be back to Nomad Beach House for our next visit. Special shout out to Taylor, who not only answered every question promptly, but also had Nomad t-shirt as a gift for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. Thanks so much for everything, but especially for remembering that early conversation about the reason for our trip. 💕🏝️🌺

the perfect quiet getaway spot

The house was clean, airy and perfectly decorated for a beach house. The area had a cool, old Florida vibe and the beach was right down the street. It's close to the bridge, so everything you need or want to do is only a few minutes away. It was so hard to leave and we can't wait to go back.
