The accommodation includes a bedroom area separated by a wooden wall and thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The double bed (140 × 190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror.
You’ll also find a washer-dryer for added convenience.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
