Upon arrival, the first thing you’ll see is the quintessential southern front porch furnished with outdoor chairs. The home’s first-floor open great room greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Hardwood flooring extends throughout the space, and multiple large windows let in all the Florida sunshine. The living room boasts a plush, cream-colored wraparound couch that faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a decorative credenza. A hardwood coffee table rounds out the room. The adjacent dining table sits beneath two industrial-style chandeliers. Six elegant chairs surround the glass-topped table. You can find additional seating at the kitchen bar, where there are three wooden stools. The kitchen features large granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry.

One guest bedroom is located on the first floor. The room includes a queen-size bed with a tufted headboard, rustic-style furnishings, and shares a full hall bath with the great room. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. One of these is the charming primary suite, which features a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Latte-toned walls, white furnishings, and ocean-inspired décor gives off a beachy vibe. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. A guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, a full/twin bunk, and access to a furnished balcony. This room utilizes a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the third-floor loft bedroom includes a king-size bed. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

When not relaxing indoors, visitors will love lounging on the private sundeck or taking a refreshing swim in the pool. Outdoor chairs surround the pool, making it easy to soak up the sun or read a book in the perfect coastal weather. A raised deck with two picnic tables and a BBQ grill are provided for guest use. You may find yourself cooking up a poolside surf n’ turf meal several times during your vacation. From the deck, guests can access the property’s sand volleyball court. Challenge your fellow vacationers to one match, or make it a fun tournament.
