Featuring direct gulf views from its spacious patio, you can quite literally roll out of bed onto the beach. Boasting two large bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, a modern kitchen with spacious dining area, and access to fantastic amenities, this residence is the perfect choice for a fun-filled family vacation.
The Space:
This unit is located in the Pointe Santo de Sanibel development, one of just a few positioned DIRECTLY on Sanibel`s beachfront. It is equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and as an added bonus features a handicapped accessible master bathroom, making this residence the perfect choice for someone with limited mobility! In the guest bedroom there is a full and twin sized bed, with an accompanying bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. In addition, the primary bedroom has a pull out twin sized armchair bed next to the king bed. The exquisitely equipped kitchen with newer appliances, spacious living and dining area, modern bathrooms, and a comfortable master bedroom are just a few of the things that make guests come back to this unit year after year! From a neighborhood perspective- Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.
Getting Around:
From a mobility perspective- We recommend either renting a car, golf cart, or bikes while staying with us. This residence is extremely close to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Other Things to Note:
*Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July. While this work is outside of our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.*
Guests must complete a rental agreement at reservation confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
