The open dining room offers ample space with seating for six at the table and additional seating at the breakfast bar for casual meals or drinks. The living room is both comfortable and inviting, with a cozy sofa that has a queen sleeper, a flat-screen television, and three stylish chairs that create a relaxing environment after a day in the sun.

Sliding glass doors open to the large lanai, which offers stunning views of both the tropical grounds and the Gulf, providing a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and take in the beauty of your surroundings.

The master suite is spacious and features a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk, making it easy to relax, work, or simply enjoy the tranquility. Wonderful condo and loved the view of the ocean from the bed in the main bedroom. The property managers were very helpful and had quick response time when I had questions. The beach was steps away and covered in shells! I found so many awesome shells! Just beware of the no-see-um bugs when you are out in the evening or early morning.

EASY walk to the beach

Don't think we've ever been closer to the beach on Sanibel. Unit was very spacious, Kids loved it. Pool was very nice and we were steps from the beach. They are still renovating after the hurricane so the property wasn't as nice as it could be but we looked past all that and had a wonderful stay.

Lovely view ! Great Location! Great Condo!

I would have given it a 5 star, but the construction noise prevented us from enjoying the lovely lanai. I know Sanibel is recovering from Hurricane Ian, so I understand the need for continuous repair and renovation, and trust complex will be restored to its original beauty.

Close to beach

The location of this condo is perfectly situated next to the beach and close to the J.N. Ding Darling nature preserve. A wonderful place to bring family.

Sanibel get away

Great location, very comfortable condo. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The bedrooms were quiet with nice linens. The host was available if needed. All in all a great beach get away!

Great place for a relaxing family vacation!

My family just came back from a great stay at Gordon and MK's condo at Pointe Santo! The accommodations are exactly as pictured and the condo overall was clean and well maintained. The owners provided us with tips for things to do and places to eat on the island, which was great. My husband, two children (toddlers) and I enjoyed the easy access to the pool and the beach as well as an overall relaxing vacation!

Relaxing beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, Gordon was great and very responsive. Everything went smooth and was beyond our expectations. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation, all the beach gear and amenities really made it great, our kids had a blast, as well as mom and dad. Great Property for a Vacation retreat

Gordon & MK are great Condo Owners. They have always managed to make updates to their property each year that are outstanding. They also are very personable and are always checking to make sure our visit is satisfactory. Beautifully renovated condo with amazing beach access

Beautiful condo with ALL amenities! Double oven was very handy while making dinners! Condo exceeded our expectations! Very tastefully furnished with lots of room for family of 4, likely more due to the discovery of the pull out sofa! Top of the line for everything! Plus, Pointe Santo is a beautiful, central location that is very family friendly. Would stay again and again!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities!

My family and I spent a wonderful week at the condo in June. We loved the location, it is centrally located on the island. The condo was beautifully maintained and updated. Everything we needed for a great vacation was available in the condo. The pointe santo complex was very nice we especially enjoyed playing corn hole on the beach, and volleyball was also available. The beach was a short walk and perfect! We loved our time there! Thank you!!

Peaceful Privacy

The condo was immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything you would ever need. the decor was very “Florida”. With paintings of water birds and beach scenes. comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was warm and inviting. I would recommend it highly

Relaxation at its best!

This is our second time staying at Gordon and MK's condo, and it definitely will not be our last! We had a wonderful time and the condo is everything promised and more. We had breakfast just about every morning on the screened lanai. The condo doesn't get the afternoon sun, so relaxing there every afternoon was a must for us! Close to restaurants and shops. Very clean pool and close to the beach. Thank you Gordon and MK for sharing your fantastic condo with us!

Fantastic week at the beach

This condo was the perfect place to call home during our week on Sanibel. My husband and I as well as our two children loved this unit. The views from the lanai were perfect and loved the sense of privacy the lanai offered too. The condo had everything we could have wanted for the week. Nice cookware and kitchen items, we especially loved the supply of plastic drinkware to take a beverage down to the pool! We would love to stay in Unit B31 again when we return to the island! 5 days at Sanibel Island at Pointe Santos

We arrived at Pointe Santos on November 30th. We did not know if we could get in early to our condo since we were told possibly by 3:00 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and got in ahead of time. The condo was located on the third floor and had recently been renovated completely. It was beautiful and the view was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed and more. We used the kid's toys and beach chairs located in hallway closet. Bicycles were also included, but we did not have time to use them. There was very few people here the Saturday after Thanksgiving so we had it mostly to ourselves. The owner, Gordon was very informative and received all our information before we arrived. We had a slight problem with cable television, but it was resolved. The DVD / VCR in master bedroom did not work with the television, but the other DVD player in main room did work. We felt really lucky to have rented this condo and hope to be back again someday. Thank you Gordon for allowing our family to stay here and enjoy the spectacular view.

We just returned from an ...

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Pointe Santo B31, in Sanibel Island. The booking process was very simple. We initially found the unit via Vacationrentals, and then spoke directly with Gordon Wells on the phone. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and the rental process itself was very straightforward through Waterstone. The condo itself is a beautiful 3rd floor unit, with views of the pool and pond area in the center of the complex, as well as of the Gulf. The screened in lanai has a ceiling fan and is perfect for outdoor meals. Plus, it was always nice to sit out there and have a couple of drinks in the evening, while just listening to the waves. It is spacious, fully furnished, and stocked with everything you would need for a vacation ,or to even live there!. The Wells family even have a storage unit full of any type of beach amenities one would desire, such as chairs, umbrellas, noodles, pails, shovels, toys, fishing rods, etc. We made good use of the pails for our shelling, and our 1 year old loved the toy trucks! All you have to do is bring yourself, and your clothes. There are 2 main grocery stores on the island, Bailey's and Jerry's. They are both fairly close, and we shopped at both, but we definitely preferred Jerry's. They had a much wider selection of brands as well as more items to choose from. The prices are slightly more expensive than you may find at mainland grocery stores, but not alarmingly so. Another very big plus of this condo, is that it is an end unit in the building. As such, the guest bedroom window does not face the outside walkway, as all other non-end units do. Rather it has a garden view. As such, you don't have to worry about people walking just outside your window....a big benefit if you have children staying in the guest room. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. The Pointe Santo complex is beautiful, well maintained, and in a prime location. We also made good use of their pool. We would highly recommend the Wells' condo B31, and also want to say Thank You again to Gordon and Mary Katherine for helping us make the most of our first vacation in 4 years! R.P.

Amazing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Pointe! The location is beautifully landscaped and close to everything. Great access to the beach and pool. Our condo was very nice and beds were comfortable. We will be back!

Relaxing family vacation

It was our first time to sanibel island and it was a great experience. Great family vacation spot with a more of a secluded non-touristy feel. Only negative thing I would say about this specific resort is the pool is not very big, but the beach is also right there. We are definitely planning on returning to Sanibel island.

Lovely week at the beach

We enjoyed a great week! The condo was clean and kitchen had plenty of dish, cookware, etc. The Wi-Fi needed restarting a few times, but that’s hardly a big deal when you are at the beach!

At Pointe Santo we enjoy the large expansive beach, pool and hot tub, and roaming the beautiful palm studded grounds with all of the flowering bushes and flowers. We enjoy the activities at the clubhouse and the sense of community here. Over the years we have biked & walked many miles all over the island. Sometimes we just sit on our screened balcony and enjoy the view. From the 3rd floor, we can really enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and grounds and the quietness of our end unit. When we retire for the evening, we often open the glass sliders in the Master Bedroom so we can hear the sound of the waves hitting the beach.
