Full of charm and perfectly preserved, nestled in the rolling countryside of the upper Clunysois (protected in "Natura 2000" & ZNIEFF for its floristic & faunistic riches), home to the exceptional Pézanin arboretum, one of the most beautiful in France (a literal haven of peace & rest comprising 450 plant species on 25 ha, around a bucolic fishing pond) as well as the ultra renowned "Lab71" (departmental center for discoveries on innovation, sustainable development & science), this charming village with "old-fashioned charm" has a few small shops and enjoys a sublime landscape of gentle preserved mountains rich in splendid "viewpoints", combining agriculture & nature between green hedged meadows dotted with ponds & rivers and deep wild forests (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides).
