ENTIRE PLACE. This is a private quiet studio completely separate with no shared areas.
Located “downtown” Carlisle. From here you can follow Rt. 225 East to Bedford and Lexington or West to Westford & Littleton and is close proximity to Routes 128, 495 and 3. A short 33 minute drive to Boston. Close to historic downtown Concord's shops/restaurants. 1.6 miles to Hiking/bike trails of Great Brook Farm State Park.

The space
500sf newly built (2019) studio offers a hidden private entrance. Kitchenette for light meals: Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes and utensils, Large basin sink, with a convenient Moen pull down spray facet. Note: no stove.
Walls accented with reclaimed barn wood
Charming pub table anchors your dining space.
There is an en suite full bath with sink, toilet, and shower.
Open space living room with new cottage cozy sofa, that pulls out to a comfy Queen with upgraded memory foam, across from the large flat screen cable TV.
Stunning winding wooden staircase that provides access to the upper sleeping area; a comfortable Queen sized bed and Desk for your workspace. Vintage barn beams are used in the loft ceiling.
Cable TV and high speed WiFi Internet access.
Guest access
The studio has it's own separate entrance, offering complete privacy.
Plenty of parking is available.
Since the studio has its own entrance guests are free to come and go as they wish. This makes checking in really easy and convenient as guests don't need to schedule an arrival time in advance. Guests will receive the directions and all the information needed to get to my place a day or two before their reservation starts.
Other things to note
Ferns Country Store is just 2 houses away and offers coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, a large wine & beer selection, lunch and dinner offerings.

Hi, I’m Julie! I live in the historic center of Carlisle, Massachusetts, where I manage a few unique Airbnb and VRBO spaces that I’ve personally designed and cared for. I love creating welcoming, peaceful places for people to unwind — whether they’re visiting family, exploring New England, or just needing a quiet escape.
Hosting became a natural extension of my personality. I’ve always loved meeting people, organizing beautiful spaces, and adding thoughtful touches that make guests feel at home. When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me by the ocean in Maine with my husband, sailing our boat, or hiking one of the many trails around New England (I even run a Massachusetts hiking group!).
I take great pride in keeping my rentals spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Cleanliness and clear communication are very important to me, and I do my best to anticipate what guests might need — from good coffee to cozy bedding and local recommendations.
I feel grateful to share these spaces with travelers and to be part of the moments that bring them here — celebrations, family gatherings, or just quiet weekends away. It’s truly rewarding to know that my homes help people feel relaxed and cared for during their stay.

Carlisle’s historic town center is full of charm — quiet tree-lined roads, stone walls, and old New England homes surrounded by woods and fields. It’s peaceful here, but within minutes you can be hiking conservation trails, kayaking on the Concord River, or exploring nearby towns like Concord and Lexington.
What I enjoy most about being here is the sense of calm and connection to nature. You can hear birds in the morning and see the stars at night — it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and breathe a little deeper. I also love that the community is friendly and welcoming; people wave when they pass by, and local farms and small markets give it that cozy, small-town feel.
It’s truly a special corner of Massachusetts — close enough to Boston for a day trip, yet tucked away enough to feel like a retreat.
