This spacious 8-bedroom 8 1/2 bathroom house nestled under the trees only a block away from the beach is a hidden gem! Located on the west side of Seagrove near the Watercolor Publix, only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Seaside, the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything 30A has to offer. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Enjoy the scenery by adding a bike, paddleboat, or golf cart from nearby rentals. Plenty of free parking!

excellent location, beautiful house

Ideal backyard with pool, hot tub and fire pit, ample seating area at kitchen table and living room. Plenty of bedrooms. Easy walk to beach and the Surfing Deer.

Perfect All Around

This was the perfect property for an extended family vacation including grandparents, siblings/spouses and grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and unwind at the pool after spending time at the beach or local attractions. The elevator was a bonus for the older folks not having to climb 3 flights of stairs all the time and very easy access to the beach, 30A, and Publix grocery store 5 minutes away.

Great House

 This was our first visit to 30A, and we absolutely loved our stay! The house is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to Seagrove Beach, Seaside, and several other popular spots. The home was spotless upon arrival, and all the amenities were exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the ample parking and the beautiful backyard and pool area—it was perfect for relaxing. Paul was an exceptional host—very responsive and even greeted us in person when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family house

This house was perfect for our family/friend vacation. Super quick walk to the beach and an easy golf cart ride into Seaside. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the property was well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, well maintained and a great location. It’s well equipped with a pool, grill, icemaker, tons of beds, really everything we hoped for. Just a short walk to the beach. Furnishings are nice and beds comfortable. Would recommend!

Great location, amazing property!

The house is very clean, updated and everyone essentially got their own master bath which is a major deal for large fanily gatherings. We had a blast- the beach is literally across the street and the pool was the perfect place to end a day on 30a. Host is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to create a great week for us. If you're looking for a great week in seaside/30a this place hits the nail on the head : )

Extended Family Thanksgiving

My dad, siblings and all our families came in from across the country to spend Thanksgiving together. This place was perfect for our large group, everyone had enough room to be together and spread out. The pool and hot tub were great and the fire pit was the perfect gathering spot for conversation and s’mores. A short walk to the beach was a big plus. Thanks for helping us make great family memories.

Large house with lots of bedrooms on 3 floors w/elevator is great for multi-family. Host was extremely responsive and professional. We had a few small issues that were addressed promptly. Great location close to Seaside/Watercolor and grocery store. My suggestion for owner would be to spend a few hundred bucks to upgrade very old and raggedy beach supplies. They did upgrade some kitchen supplies while I was there which were sorely needed. It would have been great to supply bikes as well. Golf cart would have been great but I know that comes with additional cost. Overall, I would not hestitate to stay at this property again. The biggest plus is number of bedrooms/beds given location and excellent house quality.

Fantastic

This house was perfect for our adult girls trip! Spotless when we arrived, better than the pictures and the location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach and shopping. The host was available at any given moment and very receptive. We had no issues with anything while there. The only issue is trying to figure out our next dates to come back to this same house! We loved all of it.

Gorgeous Beach House

Paul was a fabulous host. He responded quickly to every question. The house is beautiful, large, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. All the king beds and extra pillows make the bedrooms cozy. The pool area and fire pit and all the seating made the outside area very accommodating. The ice maker outside was another added convenience! Overall great experience.

Does not get any better

From Booking, to check-in and even after check out this home and seller completely exceeded every expectation. The home is perfectly located. The home is not only gorgeous, but laid out perfectly, and with all amenities needed or wanted. We have stayed in the area for the past 4 spring breaks and this was by far my favorite location. It is off the main road, but more convenient. We were a very short distance from the beach and the main shopping center, but being off the main road provided us a more enjoyable stay than in years past. You do not have the constant traffic, foot, noise and vehicle, that we have experienced with prior houses located on the main strip. We were also able to come and go a lot easier due to not having the main street traffic to pull out/reverse on to. With all that said, I will say that our favorite aspect of the stay, was the amazing host of the house. He was responsive, kind and professional. We will definitely stay here on any future trips to the area.

BEST HOUSE!!! Worth every penny!!!

Paul met us at the door. He was there ready to show us everything about the high tech house. The elevator is a HUGE plus. It’s a huge house with 3 different floors. It worked out perfectly because the teens got 3rd floor then the families with kids got 2nd floor. This house is perfect walking distance to a public beach and you don’t need a wrist band. Another huge plus! The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots pans and utensils you’ll need. The second floor has a full size washer and dryer. The third floor also has a washer and dryer as well as a residential size fridge. Some of our favorite time was spent up on the porch by the roof. It was nice to sit up there in the evenings. We didn’t have mosquito issues which was also a huge plus. Paul was available 24/7 for any questions we might of had. It’s nice to have to communicate with someone who truly cares about the house and wants the people to have fun. I would give this house 1000000000 stars if I could! Thank you Paul you are the best house manager ever!!

The whole gang :)

We were hesitant to book the place originally since there were no reviews . We took the risk & were pleasantly surprised ! Starting off with the early check in without even asking :)! The house accommodated our entire family comfortably . Loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom . Each floor had a mini fridge/kitchenette which was very handy ! Location is great ! Easy walk to the beach ! We rented a golf cart & brought our own electric bikes to easily get to seaside circle& not have to worry about parking . Pool was great for the kids to dip in after a long day at the beach . Home was very clean & spacious ! We would love to make this our yearly vacation spot . However, the only negative were almost all of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable. At 8 months pregnant, i found it to be more comfortable to sleep on the couch upstairs than any of the king beds . Perhaps owner could look into some foam mattress pads ? Besides that , 5+ stars & hope to be back!

Wonderful Venue

Great property and a short walk to both the beach and eating options (Market Cafe and Surfing Deer). Short drive or 15 minute walk to seaside. Ample space and would book again. Paul is a great host and communicator.

Family Summer Vacation

Had a large family yearly get together Was a great experience. Beautiful house/property! Very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. All the kids took the 3rd floor with the bunk rooms, their own private living room with a huge TV, kitchenette, foos ball table and arcade game. Was perfect for them. Loved having a private bathroom for each bedroom! Enjoyed the hot tub & pool too. Easy shady walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again
