The characterful Villa Ireni boasts a unique charm; it has been recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in a traditional romantic fashion. The villa boasts original features, three bedrooms and large outdoor areas, including a rooftop terrace with the most stunning panoramic view, and is just 10 metres from the sea and little beach. Conveniently situated in a quiet street you can walk into the centre of the village in a few minutes.
Villa Ireni sleeps 6 and has 3 light and airy bedrooms; one with a garden view and two single beds, one with sea view and two single beds and one with a double size bed with a sea view. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, two double windows and is tastefully furnished with comfortable and traditional furniture. Wooden ceilings and framed artwork by the owner add to the uniqueness and beauty of the villa.
The living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and dvdplayer, an air conditioning unit and is ideal for resting or planning your day! One of the villas two bathrooms is situated from it – it’s spacious and has a wc, sink, shower and window. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining area leads on from the sitting room. Ideal for self-catering it has everything you need; oven and hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery, and flatware. In the corner you will find the original fired oven, it cannot be used but is a beautiful piece of history! There is a second bathroom located from the kitchen, with shower, WC, and sink.
A large balcony leads from the central corridor of the house, overlooking the sea.
The villa has two fabulous outdoor terraces. The central, covered terrace located downstairs and is equipped with a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table for al fresco eating and can be directly accessed from the kitchen for your convenience. Pick a few fresh herbs from the kitchen garden area!
The rooftop terrace, equipped with loungers, three large umbrellas and a big dining table, offers ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the breathtaking sea view. You can see Ithaca island, the historic lighthouse and watch the boats sail past!
