Diseñador de un dormitorio, un condominio de baño. Con una ubicación espectacular en el corazón de la Villa de Montreal, justo al lado de St. Calle Catalina. Este condominio de primer piso tiene hermosos pisos de madera brillantes en todo. Las características incluyen un impresionante baño de estilo spa con suelo de baldosas calefactadas y una gran ducha de lluvia a ras de suelo. lavadora / secadora en el apartamento. Aire acondicionado central. Chimenea de leña en la sala de estar y un gran balcón privado al aire libre en la habitación. La cama de matrimonio cuenta con lujosas sábanas de 500 hilos en un cómodo colchón con la parte superior acolchada ULTA. ¡La cocina fue completamente remodelada recientemente! Está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama y tiene una gran barra de desayuno para tres personas. Internet inalámbrico súper rápido y seguro y cable / DVR actualizado con Apple TV incluido. A solo una cuadra de la parada de metro (Beaudry), a 4 cuadras de la parada de metro principal (Berri UQUAM). 1/2 cuadra de una nueva y hermosa tienda de comestibles natural / orgánica, licor / tienda de vinos y muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas y vida nocturna y todo a una corta distancia a pie. ¡Esta casa de vacaciones no decepcionará! Immaculate apartment! Well designed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Only concern was parking, with the suggested parking garage being at full occupancy for the holiday. We were able to secure parking at a local library and utilized rideshare for convince. The apartment itself was by far one of the best stocked VRBOs. Aveda product in the shower that just gave that additional luxurious touch.

Best location for gay night life. Shopping and hipster plateau close by as well. Friendly people. IMMACULATELY thought out/organized/decorated. No need to rent a car. You’ll stay once and come back again.

This property was the most well appointed property I have ever stayed in. It had every refinement and convenience you would need. From the electric shades to the sound system. The household products were perfect. When we arrived at the condo, it had soft lighting and was spotless.

Montreal Vacation

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the Wolfe Street condo and it met our every need. The kitchen is better stocked than our place at home making meal prep fun. There was everything you could possibly need from laundry products to high quality soaps, The front balcony and back porch helped bring the outdoors in which I really enjoy. The Metro and grocery were just a two block walk making everything so conventient. They even had line dancing at the local park area on Sunday which was so much fun! Definitely recommend!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The pictures are amazing, but they don’t even do it justice. The location was spectacular, peaceful, private, and perfectly situated for experiencing Montreal. The condo was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. From the cozy furnishings to the quality pots and pans, every detail exceeded our expectations. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Modern, gorgeous condo - perfect for a romantic getaway

We loved, loved, loved, this beautiful condo. Pristine, clean, with beautiful amenities, walking distance from the best of Montreal's sights and shopping. Whether we were venturing out to sightsee or staying in for a cozy evening in front of the fire, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We'd recommend it to anyone who wants to feel pampered on their getaway.

Great property, rough booking

I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Booking through VRBO was rough, but the host and I figured it out. The property was accurate to the listing - the rainfall shower was my favorite feature. I had a few accessibility concerns, but was able to navigate the space and neighborhood.

The "Village" hide away

Calm, quiet and restful

The condominium is a beautifully appointed living space. Immaculately clean with all the amenities of an upscale hotel. Great neighborhood coffee shop "Pourquoi Pas" and wonderful brunch at the cafe "Alejandro", are both just around the corner. The Metro is very close too. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

A wonderful stay, again

This was our second stay at Wolfe Street. The apartment is well laid out, comfortable and spotless. Everything we needed was there (with a very, very minor exception of wine glasses - but there were plenty of other glasses). We enjoyed the neighborhood and our hosts' suggestions for restaurants - we loved O Thym, just around the corner, and metro access is very, very easy. Our stay could not have been better.

Stunning

Beautiful, High-End Finishings. Comfortable and Quite. Perfect location to enjoy The Village and very close to two Metro Stations to connect you anywhere and explore the city and surroundings. Our favorite adventure was the Botanical Gardens, if you are looking for that must do, especially with the summer bloom in it’s full glory. Can’t wait to come visit again.

AMAZING Stay in Montreal!

This has to be one of the best vrbo’s I have stayed at. The attention t detail, cleanliness, supplies and location came together to make the perfect stay. This place is super modern, clean and lovely. David was super accommodating and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better choice. My only regret is not spending more time in the vrbo rather then being out all day. We will be back!

I’ve stayed at David’s condo many times over the years and it can’t be beat for style, lux appointments, and convenience. This trip saw a new washer, dryer, coffeemaker, and Hue lighting. David continually invests in the property, and he is easy to reach if any questions arise. Top of the line.

A Lovely Stay In a Marvelous City.

The apartment exceeded all expectations..Everything was top of the line . The check in was a breeze. The location was perfect for near by restaurants, clubs , public transportation. David & Steve were very prompt in responding to questions asked. There was a book in the apartment concerning the apartment. A person can’t go wrong in staying in this luxury apartment..

December 2019 Stay

Very thoughtfully furnished and equipped condo in the heart of the village. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. I love to cook and brought a lot of extras I didn't need because kitchen was extremely well equipped. Lots of extra touches made our Montreal Christmas extra nice! I would stay again no doubt! Only desire was a larger trashcan in kitchen and better place to store garbage.

Classy Convenience

Everything about this apartment is top notch. The location is convenient, in a walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, coffee shops and metro. Keypad entry into the building and again into the apartment was user friendly and secure. First impression upon entering the apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient space. Everything about this unit says “quality.” Good lighting and very functional with plenty of electrical outlets and charging stations. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, knives and kitchen tools. Bed is comfortable and bedroom has plenty of closet space. Bathroom is beautifully tiled, well-lit and with a great shower. We hope to visit again.

We immediately felt at ease upon arriving - even though it's modern and luxurious, it also feels homey. We loved returning there after a long day of exploring Montreal. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well. Things are well-labelled and orderly - no problems finding anything. Steve and David were wonderful to deal with- easy going, professional, and rapid in their replies to any inquiries. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering a trip to Montreal.

None of those rentals come close to the excellence this apartment has to offer. This place is so well cared for that It looked as if it had just recently undergone a total renovation. Easily, this the most modern and well-maintained apartment I have stayed in. While there, I took advantage of Apple TV to watch YouTube videos, and I was playing music from my phone over the Sonos system. On my journey, I stayed at four other places, and while they were nice, I had to point out a few negatives. There are no negatives with this apartment. None! You will likely be inspired to renovate your home after staying here.
