🚭 No smoking — smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and in common areas
🚫 No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building. Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM
🆔 Valid ID required from the primary guest upon reservation

The Old Port location allows you to walk to many of Montreal’s top attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the waterfront. Public transportation is easily accessible, connecting you to downtown and other major areas of the city.
✈️ Montreal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is approximately a 20–30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
