Pros- close to the Old Port, museums, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and restaurants- close to the Metro- close to supermarket and drug store- building well maintained- kitchen was well stocked- lots of towels- apt was full of lightCons- apartment was not clean (counters were dirty and needed to wiped down).- there were a number of areas in the apt where there was spackle/filler on top the walls and doors that had not been finished (sanded and painted) as well as areas of peeling paint.- the apt is compact - great for 2 to 3 guest but a bit tight beyond that (ie, a family of 4)- cleaner left a dryer that was overstuffed with sheets and towels which were damp to wet.- no laundry detergent- the air conditioner was dirty and is only in the main room (not in the bedrooms).- bathroom did not have shampoo or Conditioner (need to bring your own)- bathroom shower is moldy and not well cleaned- pillows smelled and did not have protective covers (hence the smell of prior guests’ body oils)- beds did not have mattresses protectors (similar to pillows - they smelled of prior guests’ body oils)

A lovely apartment in Old Port! The space was clean with modern furnishings and comfortable beds in an easily walkable neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping near-by.Check-in was inconvenient/unsafe. Arrived after 6pm by Uber. Was dropped off at address-only to then have to walk, with bags another 1/2 block to find THE CORRECT LOCK BOX randomly hanging on a fence in a parking lot! This needs to be noted in description-NOT at the information provided 24 hrs prior to check-in. Not recommended for someone traveling alone or elderly.Check-in to find a very over-stuffed dryer full of wet clothes-still running. It took almost 2 hrs to get the laundry from previous guests dried/completed! Not ideal for first evening in town. When reached out to management, I got a simple-Sorry, we can send someone tomorrow to take care of it! Advertised with full kitchen, however, nothing-not even basic salt and pepper is provided. Be prepared to do a lot of stocking if you plan to do even minimal cooking.This is a beautiful space in a great location, however, it needs much more dedicated attention from the management to be a comfortable /enjoyable stay.

Apartment is in a nice location with transportation and restaurants very close. We did have issues with check in and communication. I must say that response to questions was very quick but didn’t offer any information. My first inquiry was concerning check in info two days before our ambivalent. I was advised that we would receive info 24 hrs prior to arrival. The morning we were to arrive we still had not received anything. I sent an email and received a response within an hour that he would check with his team and get back to me. We finally received checking instructions about 5 hours before our arrival while we were on the road. Instructions were mostly photos but u fortunately viewing them on a phone was not very clear. It took us quite a while to realize that the location of the lock box was behind the building, across a street and down a short distance on another street. At one point I sent an email stating that I could not locate the lockbox. I receive a quick response but it was again, I will check with my team and get back to you. I would suggest a map, even just a basic hand drawn, that show the location of the lockbox. Once we finally got the keys the apartment was nice. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Only concern is if you have an SUV, if you pull into the spot, your hatch will hit the space heater that is mounted at the front of the space. Overall, if we did not have the issues finding the keys this would have been a nice place to stay at.
