Elm Hill Marina has boats for rent and the Nashville Shores waterpark is right down the street! Grocery stores and everything you could need are located within 1.5 miles of the property.

LIVING AREA

The living room features 2 brand-new full size sofas plus there is additional seating at the bar. The TV is a brand-new 65" smart TV with Roku. We provide a YouTube TV subscription for live channels.

BEDS / BATHS

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 1 King room and 2 Queen rooms. The bedrooms all have bedside tables and luggage holders. The downstairs features another bedroom with 2 adult-size bunkbeds. Each bedroom also has a closet and hangars

The upstairs full bath features a tub / shower combo and the downstairs full bath has a stand-up shower and an extra vanity area designed for doing makeup and / or hair.

KITCHEN / DINING

You will find the kitchen well-stocked with enough flatware and utensils for your party of 12. We also have wine glasses, coffee mugs and an assortment of pots and pans. The dining table seats up to 8 people. The fridge has built-in water and ice. Keurig-style coffee pods are included for your stay. Just contact us during your stay if there's anything else you might need and we will do our best to provide it.

GAME ROOM

The game room is one of the best features of this property. There's a 60" TV with Roku and we provide a live TV subscription to YouTube TV. There is a Playstation 4 which doubles as a DVD player and several games. We also have darts, skee-ball, a golf putting game as well as a karaoke stage. The large speaker with the karaoke system is portable and doubles as a bluetooth speaker. Additionally, there is a disc golf basket outside with discs.
