Portside Resort-New renovations, 2.5 BA, 3 beds, 5 min walk to Beach, 3 pools

Resort has 3 pools, hot tub, fitness center, pickle ball courts and shuffle board. One pool is heated in the winter and early spring.

Don’t bother with elevators. Park right at the front door of the condo.

This comfortable unit will feel like your home away from home . It offers a fully stocked kitchen with Keuring and standard coffee maker. Living room has new furniture including a new 70" TV to watch your favorite game and shows. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and new washer and dryer. The newly renovated upstairs has a King bed in the master with full bath and a private balcony. Guest bedroom has 2 full size beds with a full bath in the hall between the bedrooms.

The outdoor living has a front patio and back porch. Off of the front patio is the beach storage for fun time at the beach. It includes a beach buggy, beach chairs , sand toys, floats and boogie boards .

It is about 2 miles to Pier Park, Walmart, Target, Top Golf, Frank Brown Recreation Park and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage. 1 mile to Thomas' Donuts. 1/4 mile to Alvin's Island for all of your favorite souvenirs.

In order to comply with the PCB Fire Marshall and Portside Resort, and to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience, there is a 6 person maximum.

The primary guests making the booking must be at least 25 years and stay through the entirety of the booking.

For the security and comfort of all of our guests, we require a photo government ID, email, and phone number of person booking and a list of all guest names and ages at the time of booking.

To help with the convenience of your travels, we provide starter essentials, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods until you can get to the store.
