With views of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living room, this open and attractive two-bedroom home is about to help you make the best Miramar Beach memories! You'll have public beach access within a short two-minute walk, so prepare to spend long afternoons soaking up the sun while building sandcastles and taking romantic walks along a lapping shoreline. Afterward, come back to kick off your sandals and spread out in the comfy living room to watch a good movie or show on the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The living space includes lots of comfortable furniture and there are tile floors and cool nautical decor throughout. Prepare a delightful meal in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the six-person dining table with bench seating, or take it outside for an al-fresco dining experience in the salty sea air. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from the three breakfast bar stools before heading out again. When it's time to call it a night, both bedrooms feature flatscreen TVs and the primary room includes balcony access and an en-suite bath. Don't forget to take advantage of the shared pool to cool off after those fun hot-weather hikes!

Things to know:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony.
This building (C) is scheduled is scheduled for October 1, 2025 - January 23, 2026
Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
