Charming and cozy condo in a family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Jacksonville, 7min away from St. john’s Town center, Tinsel Town and a number of restaurants . 15 mns away from Jacksonville Beaches, Downtown, and Mayo clinic. 30min to mayport Naval Base.
Great location for a traveling professionals looking for a temporary long term housing.

Other details to note:
Parking: Free public parking in parking lot in front of condo. Numbered parking are for residents only. Ok for
guests to use any of the un numbered
spaces.

Pool access- I do not offer the
pool/gym as an amenity due to
changes to HOA rules. Though there is a pool in the community, the new HOA rule requires that resident/host
accompany and stay with guests at all times
when accessing the amenity center, which is obviously not practical.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girl's shopping trip. We were close to St John's shopping center and lots of restaurants. We also had a baby with us and this condo was stocked with everything you could think of packing (highchair, pack-n-play, etc....). The Host thoughtfully stocked the fridge with waters, and a variety of drinks. There were a few breakfast items and coffee available, to choose from, they thought of everything!! Every room was stocked with items you might have forgotten or need your first night there, I was really impressed. The beds were comfortable, TV's in every room, it was a Great place to stay for our weekend getaway!

Wonderful Stay

The condo is in a nice gated community and was very clean and spacious. We really appreciated some of the little extra amenities supplied in the condo (including travel toothbrushes in the bathrooms along with various snacks in the kitchen). We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Very spacious, super clean, and with all the amenities you need!!!! Located in a very safe and quiet area approximately 8 minutes away from upscale restaurants, movie theaters, Dave and Busters, sports bars, etc. Will definitely stay again.

Home Away From Home

I absolutely loved my stay! I felt so comfortable. My host style ecstatic matches mine completely, it was mind blowing! Fully stocked with everything we needed to function throughout our stay. I was amazed with the detail our host showed with basic necessities, even a toothbrush was left at the bottom of each bed for our convenience. Anyone with kids, knows that traveling is difficult, but our host made it effortless. I will definitely visit again and recommend this location to all of my friends and family!

Nice property but not cleaned well.

Nice property and great location. Having said that, the unit lacked decent cleaning. The floors were dirty, we found a plastic fork and a used diabetic tester in the dining area. Also, the dishes were filthy and the coffee mug's still had residues along with the utensils. The unit wasn’t stocked with dishwasher supplies so we

The Players Golf Tournament

We were gone most of the time working the golf tournament. Place was very well stocked. Only thing missing was some kleenex. Could use some new carpet. Twin beds were not very comfortable. The other two beds were. The security system kept calling out (communication failure) at various times. Woke us up during the night. Walls are very thin. You could hear people talking from upstairs and outside. Walls are pretty thin. Since we were not there much is was no big deal. Worked great for us.

Best host!

Mrs. Maria was a great host! She was always available to answer any questions that I had. It was very kind of to have extra things in the kitchen and bathroom just in case we forgot to bring something. The condo was very clean and just enough of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Nice cozy spot

One of the best places I've ever rented. The bathrooms was stocked full of hygiene items and fresh clean linen. The fridge had water and soft drinks. The owner provide detail instructions and great communications. Minutes away from many restaurants and recreational activities.

Great place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as advertised and the little touches of hospitality were so welcoming (i.e. hygiene products in bathrooms, snacks on counter, drinks in fridge, etc.). The condo is very clean and comfortable - the owners leave nothing undone in making you feel like you’re at home. Beds are very firm, which some in our family didn’t care for, but we still had a great time and would most definitely choose to stay here again when we come to JAX to visit our extended family. The property is centrally located and easy to navigate to various points in the city (airport, beaches, Mayo, etc.). Thank you for hosting us!!!!!

The Great Escape!!

Let me just start off by saying this was the first and by far the best vacation home that I have ever rented the hospitality was superb!!! I'm talking the home was immaculate there was oatmeal laid out for breakfast there was Waters and sodas in the fridge seasonings in the cabinet cleaning supplies even travel toothbrushes and clean linen what more could you ask for to start off a great vacation. I highly recommend this vacation home anytime you're in Jacksonville you will not be disappointed I promise you!!! She definitely deserves a Grammy LOL but seriously she was great!!!
