Cozy & Comfy 3 bedroom residential home

Cozy & comfy home in a family friendly neighborhood located in one of the Intracoastal’s finest communities.

Close to Mayo Clinic, beaches, Mayport Naval base, shopping, and plenty of restaurants..

Our 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with cookware to cook simple meals and kuerig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

Make yourself at home once you arrive, we have high speed internet to connect most of your devices. While cable tv is not included, we do have Roku Tv’s with app’s like Netflix and more. Feel free to use this services with your own login and enjoy!

Home away from home

Maria’s house was clean and well equipped. Great location in a quiet neighborhood near Mayo, beaches, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the lanai. Would certainly rent again.

Super clean

This is probably the cleanest house I’ve rented in a really long time. The neighborhood and house are a bit on the older side which is still a bit visible. But the home has lots of new and very clean updates that make for a comfortable stay.

Cozy little place!

This home was cozy, inviting, and accommodating. Fully stocked with bedding, beach towels, soaps, toiletries etc. located in a nice neighborhood with a clean community pool. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Such a fun spot!

The property was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious that was PLENTY of room for 6 people. Maria is amazing and one of the better VRBO Hosts I have had the pleasure of working with!

Great stay!

The property was very clean and furnished well. Location is good - lots of eating places and shopping close by. The only drawback is road construction. It appears they are widening San Pablo Road. Very close to Mayo Clinic.

Truly a gem

We had an amazing stay! Maria is an excellent hostess. Her home has so many thoughtful touches and is comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. People were very friendly. The community pool was nice and clean. We absolutely will stay here again.

Golden glades

Maria was an excellent host for my family. She provided a coffee pot when we needed it because we drink a lot of coffee and a Keurig would not be convenient. Her charming little house was just excellent for all of us.

Will rent again!!

We will definitely rent this home again! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shops, beach (and our family). The home is nicely decorated with lots of living space for everyone to relax and visit. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and the extra touches of bathroom, toiletries was a nice touch. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Thanks!!

Rest after vacation

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property after our family vacation.I wish it was more than a one day stay. We would probably love to stay at your property again. The neighbors were welcoming and the neighborhood was great! We tried to cram too much into one day. We tried to take in some sights, get some local food, and get some rest for our long journey the next day. Thanks again for everything!

Cute and comfy

The house is very attractively decorated. Our host had thought of every detail and more. We were welcomed by little things like toothbrushes on your bed, in the bathrooms- she had thought of so many extras, shampoo, conditioner, on the counter- a cute tray filled with jars of hair ties, eye make up remover pads, Q-tips, cotton balls, toothpaste. In the dining area, there were little unexpected touches, like oatmeal and hot cocoa packets, in the refrigerator- cold water, coke and sprite. A fully stocked kuerig carousel. The house is clean and pretty. The beds are comfortable. If you are ever in the area, I would seek this place out.

Most Amazing Experience!!!

The property was amazing; clean, stocked with all kinds of things to make it homey (my boys loved the hot chocolate), and beds that were incredibly comfortable with bedding that smelled so good that I'm changing my laundry detergent! All of that said, what really made this our best VRBO experience we've ever had was Maria, the property owner. Maria went ABOVE and BEYOND to meet our needs. My husband has allergies and asthma and is extremely allergic to dogs. When I touched base with Maria to confirm no dogs had recently stayed at the property, Maria was honest and shared there had been (a recent guest had a comfort dog) and she then did everything imaginable to make the property comfortable for my husband (including letting us stay at her other property which was also incredible). Maria was so caring she called after our stay to make sure my husband was ok. We love Maria and her properties and would highly recommend them to future guests (and we will unquestionably be future guests ourselves!).
