This professionally managed property by Florida Luxe Rentals has 5 bedrooms with 5 baths, a luxury kitchen with Subzero and Bosch appliances, and very well stocked with everything you can imagine. There are two living and dining areas, a tranquil heated saltwater swimming pool with waterfall, 4K TVs throughout, a high end commercial grade Dacor grill, Keurig Coffee/Cappuccino maker, an infrared sauna and wonderful green space around the entire property! Luxury furniture, mattresses, linens, towels, and overall décor throughout the entire home. The home is equipped with 1 GIG internet, multiple range extenders for signal, and several workspaces. The entire property is protected by an automated mosquito control system that provides excellent protection and coverage against mosquitoes. The patio is furnished with luxury furnishings for lounging, a 55 inch 4K TV, Wi-Fi speeds of 300-500 MBPS and a state of the art audio system that can be controlled by phone or tablet for music streaming in the house and on the pool deck. There is also a beautiful outside dining area with umbrella. String lights surround the entire property and there is a stunning garden area with a hammock very close to the waterfall for relaxing and catching up on your favorite book or magazine.



This location is truly the finest in Fort Lauderdale. Why trap yourself along the beach with very heavy traffic when you will not spend all your time on the beach? This location provides multiple access points to the beach allowing you to avoid traffic, the luxury of being able to pick from one of three incredible beaches, walking distance to all of Fort Lauderdales best restaurants, bars, galleries, shopping, and Fort Lauderdale’s nicest park is a 2-minute walk and consists of tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, jogging trails, exercise stations and much more. There are also many paddle boarding spots within walking distance of the house. The Riverwalk, which is a several mile long path along the Fort Lauderdale New River, is around 10 minutes from the house if walking. You can drive in 2-3 minutes and park in one of many parking lots. This is an excellent spot for exercising along the river, enjoying outdoor patio restaurants, having drinks, relaxing at one of the many parks, or find a bench and enjoy watching the many Yachts passing through.



The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One master has a king(sleeps 2) and the other a queen(sleeps 2) with luxury high end pillowtop mattresses. The other bedrooms are configured as follows- one king size bed that can be separated into two twins and there is also a bunk bed in the same room with two twin beds and a crib(room sleeps 4 + infant/toddler) , another bedroom with a queen size bed(sleeps 2) and a lower level bedroom that has one set of twin bunk beds(Sleeps 2). We also have a very nice high quality queen size air mattress(Sleeps 2). Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional information.



The home offers two balconies for coffee and reading- one overlooking the pool. The large pool area provides dining and lounge seating for 12+ guests and several umbrellas for shade. The beautiful tropical landscaping surrounds the entire property providing excellent privacy. The area is very quiet, although located in the Downtown area of Fort Lauderdale. Two Wholefoods, Fresh Market(Walking Distance), Winn Dixie(Walking Distance) and Publix all within roughly 1 mile of the home. Hundreds of restaurants, bars and boutiques within walking distance of the home. The excellent location of this home provides three different routes to the beach to avoid traffic during congested times. Also inquire about Golf Rentals- the area is wonderful to take advantage of a golf rental to see all the local attractions.
