Check out live music in Gruene and sip local wine or craft brews at restaurant hot spots. There are also many nearby scenic trails, state parks, and antique shops to explore!

Delight in a secluded-feeling locale on a half-acre property with a pocket valley and dry creek. Take in the scenic views from your deck, furnished with a gas grill and a collection of chairs. The light and bright interior features an open layout with a modern barn house style throughout. A center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather for special meals at the dining table set for six, then kick back and relax in the living room and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
